The suite, located on a walk-out lot on the Enclave at Carrington, backing onto a large green space. It has direct access to one-of-a-kind views of the natural habitat, created around one of Calgary's most adorable pond, with a long trail for walking, biking, roller skating etc.

This private guest suite is located just 15 minutes away from Calgary Airport and about an hour from Banff National Park, one of the best mountain holiday resort in the world.

This property is easily accessible to downtown Calgary and only 10minutes away from Cross Iron Mills, one of Calgary biggest shopping mall.
Also, a few minutes drive to Costco, Walmart Super Center and Canadian Superstores.

This property has easy access to all parts of the city via the city transit; bus & train, uber, city cab and private ride.

This property is a new modern, clean suite with several amenities. We keep it professionally cleaned always.

This unique private guest suite, backs into a green space that back onto an environmental reserve area. Enjoy one-of-a-kind views of the natural habitat, access to biking, hiking trails, skating trail, walking amd running path. The guest suite is only 5 minutes walk to the community main playground that comes equipped with a skating park (one of the few communities in Calgary with a dedicated skating park ).
