Rooms where OK but some cleanliness issues with some mould around main bath and air conditioning filters clogged up with dirt.Also as a 3 bedroom place it would normally be expected to have to 2 keys/fob, so it was a surprise when only 1 was and we were required to pay for an additional one. If this is the case, just needs to be clear for the guest to know.Response was initially slow in regarding process in obtaining additional key, but once process clarified it was dealt with quickly.Probably a bit smaller 3 bedroom than expected but OK for our requirements.Rest was fine and we had a great overall stay.

Property was clean, comfortable and great location. Only issues were finding key in fading daylight and no hot water. The hot water issue was resolved within three days and we did get compensated for it. Management were good to deal with. Would recommend property due to location and good value for money.
The property was great for our needs - clean bathrooms, great location, secure parking. However we could not open some windows and the process to access the keys was cumbersome.

The unit itself was comfortable and homely for five adults and one child. Close to shopping and docklands. A lockbox onsite would have been much more convenient rather than having to walk to a shop near Marvel stadium after a long day arriving from WA. That would be our only complaint , having to walk to get key and then also walk it back before getting transport back to airport
