About this property
Quality acreage home just 5 minutes to the theme parks and easy access to the M1
Movie world, wet and wild and the M1 motorway are only 10 minutes from the front gate. Your options are endless, sit back and relax in your own acerage, with abundant bird life, including black and white cockatoos or visit the many attractions nearby.
New home with 3 queen-sized beds in 3 separate rooms, one with an Ensuite and another with a separate king single bunk bed.
There is a car rental company nearby, so airport transfers can be arranged.
The space
Quality newly built house with high-end fixtures and fittings. Inside outside Dinning and a BBQ and Fire Pit in the backyard.
Guest access
The rear yard is partially fenced and the front yard is huge, feel free to utilise the entire lower acerage property or just sit under the covered patio and relax.
Other things to note
CAUTION:
There is a small unfenced dam nearby with ducks and lots of bird life, lovely to look at and wake up to the many sounds and smells that go with acerage living - however NOT recommended for young children.
Note: The water is only ever knee high. (600mm)

Great place to stay if you want peace and quiet.
We had a fantastic time . The place was very clean and tidy and well presented. Close to the beach but still had the harmony of the mountain setting. Would definitely stay there again.
