Large kitchen/dining/living area is perfect for groups, and the kids will love the game area! 15 minutes to Smoky Mtn Natl Park; 30 min to Asheville/Harrah's/multiple lakes; 1hr to Gatlinburg

The Space:
This is a 3 floor cabin.
Upper Floor:
-1 king bedroom with futon with en suite bathroom
- 1 full bedroom with futon with en suite bathroom
- 1 queen over queen bunk bed in the loft

Main Floor
-King master bedroom with en suite bathroom and jacuzzi tub
-Living / Sitting area with gas log fireplace
-Open Dining/Kitchen area
-Entrance to wrap around covered deck!

Lower Floor
- A Twin over Queen bunk bedroom
-2 hickory single beds
- A hickory twin over twin bunk bed
-Game room with large smart Tv, Foosball and entrance to lower deck.
-Dozens of awesome DVD's + DVD / BlueRay player to watch your favorite family movies!
-Entrance to Garage Game Area from inside

Garage
- Tournament sized Ping Pong Table
-Olhausen 7 foot Pool Table
-4-person Arcade Game with over 20,000 games (Classic games such as Mortal Kombat, MarioKart, Megaman and countless others!)
- Just outside the garage on the deck is a 5 person Nordic hottub!

Guest Access:
Guests may access the entire property, as well as 50 acres of adjoining land which the owner also owns for hiking trails. *Note: You must leave the property and drive 2 minutes to get Access to the hiking trails. However there are plenty of nice walking areas right off of the cabin since you are on top of the Ridge.

The Neighborhood:
You are at the top of a small subdivision 10-15 minutes from Waynesville, NC. My home is the last home on the road at the very top of the ridge.

Getting Around:
The roads are paved and there are parts that are gravel specially the last part going up to the cabin.
4WD vehicles are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from December-April. 2WD vehicles will have no trouble getting up any other time of year, though since parts are gravel, they may get a bit bumpy so we DONT recommend low cars/ sports cars.

Other Things to Note:
Please bring your own Keurig cups for the coffee maker.

Fireplace are off from May-October

Any and all garage (except if the gameroom is located in the garage), shed, crawlspace, or maintenance or mechanical areas are off limits to guests. Please do not enter these areas—interior or exterior—and stay away from any areas containing home maintenance products and equipment (we do store some lawncare products on premise but in closed bins, sheds, garages, or plastic trunks). By booking the reservation, you consent to waiving any liability related to accessing the above mentioned off-limits areas. This includes crawl spaces, under decks, or near any outdoor mechanical equipment such as HVAC. If you need assistance with accessing one of these areas, please send us a message first and we will make arrangements. Your cooperation is much appreciated!

We have an extra guest fee after the 12th person for $50 per night
