The house was really clean and comfortable for my young family. The house was nice and warm so everyone was really comfortable at night which was a priority for the time of the year we travelled and with young children. Location was perfect and really easy to get around.
The property was well-maintained and beautiful, with all the necessary amenities needed. It is walking distance from the shops and is in a quiet and peaceful location. There were plenty of books, comfortable lounge chairs, and electric blankets. The house, although small, is elegant and tastefully decorated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much.
The home was cosy and homely. Just a few items in kitchen especially if you plan to use it. Noce touch to have electric blankets, gas heater and aircon kept us warm diring winter period.
The house was great, very clean inside and had all we needed for our family. The owner was very kind and helpful to speak with. It was a good location, not far from playgrounds, shops, amazing lookouts and other interesting landmarks (glow worm tunnel a must-see!).
We stayed in The Cottage for three nights and had a great time. Welcoming, comfortable, lots of space, and in a great location for exploring Lithgow and the surrounding areas. The hosts made check-in and the stay extremely easy. Would definitely book again and highly recommended.
Such a lovely property with large rooms, beautiful living area and a stunning kitchen. It was the perfect stay for my family. The Cottage is in a nice street very close to everything.
I would highly recommend if looking for somewhere to stay in Lithgow.
We were after a cozy clean home for short family getaway to spend some quality time together - bush walking in surrounding of Blue Mountains; or sit home relax and not to do anything at all. This property was perfect - warm and cozy and the kids were happy to stay home during the storm.
Great tastefully refurbished charming home in the heart of Lithgow. Great place to stay to explore all the wonderfull walks and hikes in the Blue mountains. Michelle is a very accomodating host and we all had a great stay thank you! There is only one set of bath room and tiolet though. This is manageble for a family of 4 but would be challenging for 6.
Beautifully presented and clean property. Bathroom aged but functional, loo needs buttons checked (hard to flush). Great to have washer/dryer, and basics in the cupboard (ie instant coffee, teabags). Property was easy to access, proximity close to everything.
A well kept and accurately photographed accomadation. Smooth check in and out.
Excellent amenities, as well as linens and appliances. Family and I really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of space for a family or 3 couples.
Only negative would be bathroom needs a little spruce up to match the rest of the house.
Check in was super easy and the host let us arrived earlier than 3pm which made it easier to managed the kids!
The property is super clean and has everything you need. I didn’t realised we also had an outdoor area with table and chairs which was perfect before dinner to relax.
The bathroom/ laundry would need to be renovated but it doesn’t affect the property.
