Living Spaces
Enter directly into a sitting room open to the kitchen and dining room.
As you pass through the Kitchen and Dining Room, you will find a cozy Living Room with a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating.

Kitchen and Dining
Central to both Living Areas and the Dining Room, the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with gas Miele range and stove features an island with additional seating and an open floor plan. This luxury kitchen features both a Keurig® and a drip coffee maker.
Seating at the kitchen island creates a space to eat a quick bite, or visit with the chef while having a glass of wine. A Wine Cooler is conveniently located in the dining room which has a table with chairs and some built-in seating.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The Primary Bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed and a gas fireplace.
This bedroom features a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub complete with a bath tray, a handheld shower wand and an adjustable light makeup mirror. Step onto your small balcony and smell the fresh sea air.
Bedroom #2 features a queen bed and an adjoining full Jack and Jill bathroom, shared with Bedroom 3.
Bedroom #3 features a full/double bed with an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 2.
A freshly updated powder room is on the lower / main level near the living areas.

Laundry Facilities
The laundry center is located near the Powder Room on the lower level.

Outside
The yard is fenced and on the side of the house is a patio area with a propane BBQ grill.

1379 square feet, but the open floor plan makes the home feel larger, modern, light and airy.

Well-behaved small dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
