Experience old world charm, with today's ok comforts. Smoking and or vaping is not allowed on any portion of this property's interior or exterior at anytime

It is a quick drive to Pebble Beach golf courses and a beach bike ride to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Walk just beyond your front porch to Lovers Point, one of the most desirable beaches on the bay with the beautifully restored Victorian Bath House Restaurant; wading pool; kayak, surfboard and bike rentals; jogging & bike path and sheltered white sand for sunbathing. Nature is at your doorstep as sea otter sightings and exploring tide pools are typical daytime activities. At sunset, grab a glass of wine, sit by the fire and enjoy the ocean view.

This Pueblo Revival styled beach bungalow is blocks from historical downtown Pacific Grove with its quant shops, restaurants, coffee houses, parks, library, museum and more.

Great property and host! The location, on the coast and steps from Lover's Point, couldn't be better. Great restaurants within an easy walk. A short drive to Monterey, Carmel, and Point Lobos. The house is nice with great antique furniture, and very comfortable with anything you could need and a great view of the bay! Pacific Grove is gorgeous and there are great places to walk right out the front door. Highly recommended.

Excellent location just steps to Lover’s Point park and beach and 10 minute walk to the downtown area of Pacific Grove. If you love antiques you will appreciate the interior decor. As mentioned in other reviews the only TV is located in a bedroom with a double size bed. The home is old but clean. The exception is the small back deck. It is in need of maintenance, the plants need care and the glass door was so smeared you could barely see through it. Not very inviting.

The stay was perfect. Just as described. Beautiful views and the host was super nice! Beds were comfy and clawfoot tub was a plus! We recommend bottled water, though. Water is sulfuric.

Quirky comfortable convenient Right across the street from Lover’s Point. Easy stroll into downtown Pacific Grove.TV in the back bedroom is a different choice of places to mount a TV…..but it’s big and worked well for us.Kitchen things all worked well. We would stay there again.

Great ocean view from front porch - easy walking distance to many things. The host was easily reachable and responded very promptly. The only thing that could be improved upon is that the main bed has quite a dip in the middle of the mattress, so those prone to back & neck issues beware.

Excellent location! This property is lovely and located right by the water. We had a lovely view of the sea from our kitchen table! Beautiful artwork throughout the home. Very well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals when we wanted to relax with dinner by the fire. Beds were very comfortable and we absolutely LOVED the backyard garden area with the fountain.This bungalow provided a relaxing and beautiful girls getaway weekend in a stunning location. We walked for hours by the sea, did the 17 mile drive, shopped in the little antique shops, visited the aquarium 1 mile away, and experienced delicious meals in wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed this stay so much!!

Great place, so cute and charming. Quiet and peaceful but right by the beach and a great snack shack. The backyard fountain is great, fireplace is great, kitchen is great. We had a wonderful stay.

We loved the views. Grilled Brats in the park one late afternoon. We watched the surfers. Saw many sites. The house was clean and the antiques are beautiful. Great place to stay. Restaurants are in walking distance. We even walked to the Aquarium and Cannery Row.

I grew up on the Monterey Peninsula and always wanted to share my amazing childhood memories with my family. Now as an adult, visiting has become so much more. This beach house is our escape from the city and connection to nature.

Why they chose this property

We love the untouched, historical nature of Pacific Grove. But truly the seaside location was key for us... We explore the tide pools looking for interesting creatures, jog along the shoreline trail and, well, everyone from this area has a least one family member who plays golf! Shopping for antiques and eating somewhere interesting are also factored into the day.
