Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/3 bath two level waterfront island condo. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and separate bath. The downstairs guest room has a queen-sized bed and separate bath. Upstairs bedroom #1 has a queen-sized bed and bedroom #2 has a full size bed and shared bathroom. There is comfortable sleeping for 7 or 8 people. The living room is furnished with a tv. There are also tv's in two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is internet and wi-fi in the unit. The front view is the Gulf of Mexico and the rear patio view is the boat docks and intercoastal waterway. There is a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court and fishing dock. Boat slip ren6tal is available for an extra charge through the office. Boca Grande boasts crystal clear water, uncrowded white sand beaches and a quaint and laid back "old Florida" town with ample restaurants and shopping.
