Beautiful and relaxing waterfront condo ready for you and your family to enjoy and make fantastic memories!! Fully renovated!! The views are amazing and natural setting is absolutely beautiful!! Located directly on the Gulf of America and Intercoastal Waterway. Please note that the condo, porches and outside areas are non-smoking. Come watch for dolphins every morning from the porch as you sip your coffee, and see the pelicans dive for fish, or be on the lookout for the local manatee that swims these waters. They say he's as big as a Volkswagen! Don't forget to explore the waters during low tide where you will find shells and other wildlife right out back! Enjoy the beautiful 7 miles of beaches and trails of Boca Grande Island with endless seashells, amazing world class fishing, bike riding, and shopping at one of the quaint shoppes of Boca Grande (including Lily Pulitzer) ... or just relax and enjoy the unbelievable sunrises as you wake up on the bay side, and the amazing sunsets over the Gulf on Mexico right across the street. Bring along your boat as there are slips available for rent just behind our condo (walking distance) that have water, electric, fish cleaning tables, and boat trailer parking onsite. Use the biking, walking/running/golf cart paths to travel the trail which covers the entire island (7 miles). Explore the many restaurants or go fishing. Boca Grande waters have a huge variety of fish onshore and offshore, and is the Tarpon fishing capital of the US! There are grills outside outside to cook your catch. Days can be spent exploring or relaxing by the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong or playing on our 2 pickle ball/tennis courts, or at many great pickle ball facilities in the area (Englewood Sports Complex, Punta Gorda Pickleplex). Our newly renovated clubhouse includes a gym, card room, office (shared for guest use), and living room/kitchen area.
Spend the evenings at the marina or downtown having a fabulous dinner with cocktails at one of the many quaint and historical restaurants. There's no fast food on the island, but if you have to have it , the mainland has it just a few minutes drive to many more restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. There is also live entertainment almost every night nearby at Stump Pass (Lighthouse Grille) or Englewood Beach (many places!).

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath second floor condo comfortably sleeps 6 adults and comes with all the amenities for an enjoyable, restful, and memorable stay. The property includes a pool, hot tub, tennis courts with pickle ball, beach and sun deck. There are boat slips for rent onsite (parking for boat trailers) with local bike, kayak and golf cart rentals within walking distance. Our golf cart is available for rental for an additional fee.

The condo is equipped with everything needed to just show up with your clothes and be ready for adventures and make memories that will last a lifetime. Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, a chef's island and anything you will need for cooking! If we don't have it just let us know, and we will get it. Dine on the screened in porch overlooking the blue waters while sipping wine. Full size washer/dryer/dishwasher. All the comforts of home. Fully stocked with towels and extra pillows and blankets. Bring your blue ray movies to enjoy a night of movie watching and relaxing. Beach chairs and sand toys are available to use.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the place like you found it with the exception of laundry.
If you use more then 6 towels bath/beach please be kind and wash them
Remove any food items you may have left in the fridge with the exception of condiments
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please wash/dry all the towels you use
Leave your sandy shoes on the front porch, we have a hose at the bottom of the steps for cleaning beach chairs & shoes and all beach accessories.
We have strict HOA rules no more then 6 people at anytime. We get fined and it will be passed on to you as the renter

The condo was exactly as advertised and better. The host was responsive and helpful. The ease of this was one of the best experiences we had bc it was stocked w plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, all of that stuff so we didn’t have to buy it. It also had toys, umbrella, cooler, all the beach needs, just an easy experience. It was clean and had a beautiful peaceful view from the back. Just an overall great condo and location too for what we were looking for.

The condo was beautiful, recently updated. It was completely furnished with cookware and appliances and very tastefully decorated. Our hosts went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including adjusting the TV so we could watch the Masters golf final. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!

Waterfront Condominium

Two couples recently spent the week here. We were all absolutely blown away with the condo! Over the top furnishings and decorations. Very well stocked, just like home. The host was gracious and helpful. The location was quiet. No ridiculous rules. We will come back to Boca Grande, and this is where we'll stay!

A Little Bit of Paradise for Foodies

The property is exactly as advertised and it is absolutely spotless. It is also very well stocked with beach gear and blankets for snuggling on the sofa. The kitchen is brand new and fully stocked with pots and pans and anything you could need to cook up a storm. There is plenty of helpful information about Boca Grande and the owner has a golf cart for use ( extra cost of course).

The condo was just as pictured and described! It offered a relaxing getaway from our cold Midwest temperatures though it was a bit cooler than we had hoped. Not too cold for walking on the beach, a great bike ride into town, boating, fishing, and some time in the hot tub! The condo was perfect for our group of four. Lots of fun playing cards every night around the dining room table or out on the lanai. Restaurants in town were expensive and there’s not a lot of action after around 9pm so we were glad to have fun friends along with us. Linda, the owner, was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing get away!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this well decorated, clean condo. It's the perfect size for our family of 4. The view is better than in the pictures, especially the sunrises, and sitting on the patio was so relaxing. We have stayed at various condos in Boca Grande and the Gasparilla Inn and wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. Linda was easy to communicate with and her hospitality with a goodie bag and essentials upon arrival was much appreciated. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked and clean. The closet downstairs has a beach umbrella and chairs that we used every day. Kappy's has golf carts for rent, which makes exploring the town and island fun. I can see why Linda calls it her Happy Place, thanks for sharing it with us! The Keatings, Ann Arbor MI

Peacful, homey, commanding view of the bay

The condo was a roomy 2-BR unit in a quiet complex, well furnished, very comfortable chairs and beds. It is clear that the owners use it, too, and keep it in tip-top shape. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking, important to us who ate all dinners in. Condiments were also available. The cold beers waiting on our arrival were a nice touch. We appreciated the modern washer/dryer. The screened-in lanai view of Charlotte Harbor was great, an ever-changing scene of wildlife, boats, fishermen in boats and on the old RR trestle used by some as a fishing pier. Linda was very helpful, always available by text for answers to questions or general information about activities. We recommend it!

Gorgeous slice of heaven on Boca Grande island!

There aren't enough words to describe how lovely our stay was! My husband and I were planning to go down to Boca Grande to fish in a two day Cystic Fibrosis tarpon tournament and we decided to make a weeks vacation out of it. This property was perfectly located - I can only describe it as a 'little slice of heaven!' The condo is a beautifully appointed 2 bd, 2 bth that has been recently renovated and perfectly decorated. The property owners go over and above to make sure that all of the amenities you could possibly need will be available for your stay! - starting with beverages in the fridge for your arrival to beach equipment, fishing gear, and even toiletries and laundry detergent for your stay. We trailered our boat down and rented a slip/boat lift right behind the condo which was a fisher-person's dream! We just loved waking up in the morning and watching the birds dive, the dolphins play and the sunrises from the back lanai while drinking our coffee. We also rented a golf cart from nearby Kappy's and rode it into town every night for dinner. The condo overlooks the gorgeous, turquoise waters of Boca Grande which is unlike any other waters in Florida (IMHO). The only thing to be aware of is that you are a 10 min (by car) or 15 minute (by golf cart) ride into the main town of Boca Grande - which was fine by us! We enjoyed the ride into town in the evenings and even stopped along the way to watch the sunset. I highly recommend this property and we are definitely planning on coming back again soon!

Why they chose this property

For years we have traveled to Florida to visit family, and the island and beaches of Boca Grande became our absolute favorite! We have spent many hours with our kids, and now our Grandkids, combing the shell beds for that perfect shell. If you like pristine, uncrowded, and relaxed beaches with a quaint town with boutiques, amazing nature & fantastic fishing & boating, restaurants and shops, Boca Grande is the place for you and your family! Our property is located just across the bridge on the Causeway on the northern tip of the island. The front of our property faces the Gulf of Mexico, and the back has fantastic sunrise views over Gasparilla Sound, the bay. We call this our happy place and would love to have you share it!

What makes this property unique

Our property includes complimentary coffee, every condiment for cooking, cooler bags for beach or shopping, paper towels, shampoo, laundry soap other various items along with every beach item you could want. Also fishing rods and bait buckets and tackle. There are 2 bikes for riding to town or wherever on the trails. The property features exceptional waterfront views, including dolphins swimming by, fantastic sunsets over the gulf and the some of the best fishing in the world!!! For the fisherman and women out there, onsite a boat dock and slip rental is available. Just down the road you can rent a bicycle or golf cart to ride on all the paths that cover the 7 mile Island. We offer a choice of 2-4 seater golf carts one lifted one not as a separate rental, just ask.
