Great property, beautiful view, professional looking decor, anything you could want in the way of appliances The pool was nice and heated. My son's loved the mudd flat/sand bar just outside of the condo. They found amazing sea life to observe.

Our host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and help us with a personal issue we ran into. The condo was gorgeous! it was so well decorated and well stocked with everything that we needed. The views from the balcony were amazing! I would strongly recommend this property!

This is a lovely unit with a nice view. Everything was clean and in good shape. Rick was very attentive and made sure that everything was working out well (check-in, etc). We were here for a wedding weekend so didn’t get a chance to use facilities like the pool, but they looked nice! All in all, a great stay.

Beautiful and brand new

The condo was great - brand new and stocked with every convenience. Fully stocked kitchen with complimentary beverages. Washer and dryer, big nice new showers, comfy beds, beautiful screened in porch overlooking the water. Fast wifi, nice Samsung frame TV in the living area. The owner was super nice, available and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

1. The host was awesome and always available and gave good recommendations. 2. The condo was in the perfect location , very clean , modern, everything you need is there. A beautiful sandbar right out back! Pool onsite and weber grill which made cooking nice. 3. The island was out of this world! There’s no words to describe it! We already booked again for next year!

boca spectacular stay

The owners have incredible taste and attention to detail. Property location was perfect , close to pass, beach , marina and sand bar . Amenities : pool pickleball and optional doc slips (dry and wet). The house was extremely comfortable and even the little things like charging plug in for devices were easily accessible. Sheets were super soft. New appliances were spot on. Overall A we will comeBack !

This was such a beautiful , comfortable , perfect place for our 35 year Wedding Anniversary trip to Boca Grande ! My husband was able to take our fishing kayak right off the backyard bay. It was hot but the ocean breeze made the pool area refreshing ! We enjoyed renting the golf cart and taking it to the beach, exploring around town and to dinners at the cutest restaurants . This was our 5th year on the island and this was by far the best place, most cost efficient, well equipped and beautiful condo.

I'm from Kansas. She's from Ireland. It all came together on Siesta Key Florida. We love travel near and far, hot and cold. We started hosting about 7 years ago when my Irish family bought a house in Sarasota, and we needed to help them cover their expenses. We learned a lot in those early days. And we are so fortunate to have been able to turn that early experience into a top notch operation. We love taking the time to directly communicate with our guests, make sure that all is well, and if need be, find creative solutions to any issues that may arise. We strive to earn the five star review. And we love to enjoy our rentals a little ourselves when the season ends. Reward for a job well done!

Why they chose this property

Best friends introduced us to Boca Grande years ago and we did combined vacations in BG with our three youngsters and their three. An annual summer trip for 5-6 years eventually turned into ownership. Boca Grande offers the best fishing and boating and the most laid back, old Florida lifestyle anywhere on the gulf coast and we love having the opportunity to share it with our many guests! A mangrove cut right out the front door that drops you on to a sandbar, combined with a lanai view that becomes addictive and nearly impossible to tear away from. A leisurely golf cart ride in to Boca Grande village to the Gasparilla Inn Bakery for a world class cappacinno and the fluffiest dougnut anywhere, and a cold beer on the sunset deck. A cheeseburger or lobster meatballs at the Pink Elephant. A boat ride to the sandy quite shores of Caya Costa. The list goes on. What's not to love.

What makes this property unique

Our lanai view has a special magic to it. You can sit out there for hours. It just never gets old. And cooling off with a ball game, or just enjoying whatever shows up on the Samsung Art Frame TV. And of course, the cosmic pelican. Sure to put a smile on your face.
