On the 3rd floor, there's an impressive master bedroom w/ walk-in closet, a roomy 4 pc bath, & an expansive living room w/ gas fireplace walking out to the stairway access to the roof. The 2nd floor provides 3 more roomy bedrooms, a 4 pc bath & laundry. On the main level, opposite the inside entry from your 1.5 car garage & your proper front door entrance from the covered porch, there is a 1/2 bath + a perfect kitchen/eating area walking out to your outdoor dining area on the private deck + a secluded outdoor shower. Finally, in the lower level, you get another bedroom & 4 pc bath + a huge cold room. The parking for 4 cars w/ the garage . Entire house. Mature Guests only age 25+ or families with small children. Keyless entry. Door code will be provided 1 day prior to your arrival. Driveway parks 4 cars and 2 additional spaces can be provided for additional fee of $50. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Rooftop umbrella and gazebo tie down due to winds
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music. Hot tub closes 11pm due to city by laws on noise and closed for summer months. Do not leave window open. No smoking on property.
No sand in the home or hot tub, use outdoor hot shower. Throw garbage in bins outside. Dishes to be put in dishwasher.
No pets on furniture or in the hot tub. Rooftop patio closed from October to April (weather permitting). Lock all doors and shut lights B4 leaving

Overall this property is great. Correspondence with the host was reliable and access was easy. This property is very close to the beach and restaurants/shopping. The rooftop patio was fabulous, with plenty of seating options and bbq. The hot tub was large and very clean. The kitchen included all necessary dishes and appliances, and even some fun lighting. There is a small fenced in area which is great for dogs. We appreciated having 2 driveways with space for several cars. This cottage has 4 bathrooms which were all clean and modern. The garage has been converted to a games room which was an added bonus. Beds are very comfortable.I will add that the number of beds is a bit confusing in the property listing. It was perfect for our group, but to clarify, there are 5 bedrooms with 1 king or double bed per room. I would say the cottage very comfortably sleeps 10. However, there were 2 additional double mattresses available which could be laid down on the floor. A few minor repairs needed, but this is to be expected during busy summer season! We would definitely return, hopefully next summer. :)
