Cozy up with a warm tea or a glass of wine accompanied by a blanket & listen to the crickets & frogs on the river as you soak in the tranquility that surrounds you. 2 min walk downtown to local shops, cafes, restaurants & Creemore Springs Brewery! 2 bedrooms queen and double, master bedroom has walk out patio doors onto back yard to river, 2 couches, 1 bathroom (clawfoot tub with shower), 1 reading nook (single cushion bed). Large riverfront backyard with mature maples and birches, hammock by the river, patio, & fire pit. Fully furnished home, stocked kitchen and all appliances. SEASONAL RENTAL ALL INCLUSIVE $3600 per month utilities included. Hiking trails near by including The Bruce Trail and 30 mins to Scandinave Spa. Location: By car; 22 mins to Collingwood, 27 mins to Wasaga
Beach, 37 mins to Barrie, close proximity to ski clubs including Devils Glenn (13 mins) , Mansfield (16 mins), Osler (25 mins), Craigleith (35 mins), Georgian Peaks, (36 mins), Alpine (37 mins). Garage available for storage- snow shoes available for use.
