Our home is located just a stones throw from the swimmable sand banks of Maroochy River, 5min to the Beach, Ocean St dining precinct & CBD. Your perfect holiday location.

The house has been renovated with the spirit of it's 1970’s river cottage still in tact. We have a 3brm, 1. 5 bath main house & seperate 1brm, 1 bath retreat with seperate living & sofa. There’s a pool & large deck for entertaining & a cosy front grassed area, with a deck that captures the beautiful afternoon river breezes.

Extra Special

Welcoming Home. Our host went above and beyond. Excellent communication. Special touches. Modern appliances, Clean, organised and beautifully decorated. Alfresco dining, Pool, Wellness Sauna, Outdoor showers were our families fav!!! (Family of teens and adults) The layout of the house and guest house is really lovely. Plenty of space for 8 people if you don't mind sharing the king and queen beds. Feeling very spoilt after this holiday, our family would love to come back.

A perfect home away from home

We had a delightful stay in this beautiful home. Every possible convenience and comfort, and attention to detail in every part of the experience. The property is so pretty, amd so well laid out. We loved the convenience of the granny flat for our older relative. Cassandra was very helpful and accomodating. Stylish, welcoming, close to everything yet quiet. What more could you want. We will be back. 5 🌟 stars!

“Amazing property”

Short Sunshine Coast getaway

We loved staying at this property - it was immaculately clean and presented beautifully. Very close to all the fun things in Maroochydore including river, plaza, restaurants. It was great to have room and outdoor areas..so much better than a unit. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Why they chose this property

Our property is a great family getaway and perfect for guests wanting a quiet getaway.

The property includes 2 dwellings; The main house and the guesthouse which is separated with a hallway deck.

Main House...
There are 3 good size bedrooms, and a large family bathroom including a bathtub. There is air conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans in each room. A cosy open plan kitchen, living and dining space with the kitchen opening out to a large back deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine and all the essentials.

3 bedrooms: 1 x king which will fit a portacot and/or mattress for the kidlets, 1 x king which will fit a portacot and/or mattress with front deck access and 1 x queen with back deck access.

Guesthouse...
This area is semi detached and accessible from the back deck or side of the house. You’ll find a fully equip Kitchenette, comfortable bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom and a cosy living space with a sofa lounge (folds out to queen bed) and TV, everything you need for some privacy or peace.

The property is fully fenced with an electric gate, a massive driveway for a boat or jetski storage. It’s also a great area for kids to skate or ride bikes.

kids indoor and outdoor toys including books, babies, blocks, balls and toddler bikes (please specify if you need these or they will be stored away). There is a blackboard for drawing and an outdoor sand & water play area. There is a pool, sauna and outdoor hot/cold shower to make you feel like you are in a private retreat.

Pets are allowed but please, not inside the house. Please clean up after your pets and keep our yard in tact for all to enjoy. A fee will be charged for any mess or damage caused by pets.

Linen, bath towels and tea towels are provided, along with soap and cleaning products you will need during your stay.
