The stay at the property was so nice. The neighborhoods surrounding the property were great for taking a stroll or heading to a nearby park. The property its self was so nice and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I would highly recommend this stay to any one.

This place was beautiful - had a French chateau theme and I absolutely loved it, our host was more than accommodating and I and grateful to have discovered this gem - if I’m ever in this area I would for sure book this space again - quiet clean and has everything we needed for our weekend stay during the socal gaming expo - thanks so much for having me !

Very comfortable and cute rental with all the details included even bathrobes, shampoo, coffee and drinks. The owner lives close by so it was very useful. I would say the only thing missing was to be in control of the temperature in the house. The A/C and heater are controlled by the owner but she was kind enough to change it whenever we needed. Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood.

California is Lovely...

However, this particular listing did not meet our expectations. This listing is a former single family residence that has been divided in half. The owners live within the portion of the home (on what is now the backside of the property). It is not insulated well and it doesn't take much to hear discussions which means they can also hear yours. The home was cold and drafty during our stay. My family member and I never found a heating/cooling switch. Communication with the owners of the property quickly became poor after our first day. The information Evolve sent us was useless as the owners sent completely different information via text message. There should be universal instructions. Several windows were without proper coverings for privacy, (we used the robes to cover those). Hot water was an issue until we figured that out (it's the right valve, not the typical left). The property is also right off the freeway and with the poor insulation in the home we did hear the Fast and Furious XI 'filming' a few nights. Oh and the washer/dryer combo that we just couldn't get to work for us and the late night dash over to Fair Oaks Coin Laundry the last evening of our stay. So, yes, California was lovely, Pasadena is lovely. This place...I have already left a very extensive review in a prior post. Would not suggest to other travelers.
