Intracoastal Waterway view just across the street from this East facing condo. Enjoy spectacular sunrises daily or step downstairs to the beach for a day of fun in the sun and spectacular sunsets. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect beach getaway. View of the pool and cooler afternoons on your private balcony make this a very relaxing enjoyable vacation condo. The living/dining room is a spacious open concept floor plan that has plenty of room for the family. The updated kitchen with stainless appliances and granite waterfall countertop provides all the amenities of home. There is a nice size dining table and a breakfast bar for additional seating. The living room with comfy seating and large TV with a DVD player lets you unwind from a day at the beach or sightseeing. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with a ceiling fan, mounted tv, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Double beds, a ceiling fan, and a mounted TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. This condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance calling to the US and Canada. The property offers a secure elevator and a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has bathrooms and a shower/rinse station. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. There is a charcoal grill for your use as well. The sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle nest or Skimmer bird colony. The quaint town of Indian Shores offers shops, restaurants, putt-putt golf, and a seabird sanctuary. No Smoking. No Pets. Assigned Parking.

Our condo was clean, updated and had a lovely coastal decor. I like that the pool is on the opposite side of the beach with partial, late afternoon shade for those who may need a break from the hot sun. The condo building sits on the beach and is one of the best around, white sand and plenty of shells and birds.

Their is still a lot of storm damage in the area.But this property is in very good shape !

clean and comfortable

April was a very helpful ambassador to this condo and the area for a first time visitor. I was surprised that the unit had no hair dryer but hey that's a minor issue.
