Enjoy Wi-Fi, a 32" smart TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and a relaxing oceanfront balcony. Community amenities include an oceanfront pool, beach shower, and charcoal grill area. Recent updates include a quieter 2024 HVAC system, new sofa, and new recliner. Dog friendly with fee. No smoking, no motorcycles or trailers. Covered parking for 2 cars.
