Wonderful cabin, cozy beds and plenty of room to spread out…. Would be perfect for 2 couples and even kids with accommodations with exactly the same king size beds and TV and private bathroom and washer dryer in both bathrooms! Close to Breckinridge and all the hiking trails!

Wow!!!
Just book it. We had an amazing stay. The cabin is gorgeous and spacious. Had everything we needed as a family of 4. Great location near Breckenridge. There was snow all around the cabin. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. The guest host was very responsive and answered any questions I had. I didn’t want to leave.

Clean, new house but could use a few changes
We liked the house because everything was new and clean but there are a few details that would make it a more comfortable home away from home. The lighting is very dim in the house, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. We were told the wattage was a new regulation, maybe more lights or at least mirrors in the bedrooms. There is no way you can see well enough in the bathrooms for applying makeup. The sofa in the living room is stylish but very uncomfortable and the TV is way too high to watch from sofa. The closets in both of the second floor bedrooms are locked for the owners so you have to hang your cloths on hangers they have supplied on wall hooks and just have your shoes, etc. lying around where you can find space. Also, there is no place to put shower soaps, etc except on the shower floor, why no shower caddy of some sort?
There are some very nice options to this house, 2 master suites, 2 sets of washer/dryers, the kitchen appliances and cookware are nice, the showers are a nice size, we liked the quiet location with sighting of wildlife but we stayed 9 days and some of the above comments got tedious as the days went by.

"Hi Sandra,
We appreciate the honest review. You had several needs you raised right away and we promptly sent someone out to help you. The lighting we can't change. It's not a regulation, its what the fixtures are rated to handle. All light bulbs are 60w equivalent which is a standard brightness. We have purchased some makeup mirrors for use in the bathrooms that have their own backlighting so future renters won't have this problem. The TV pulls down to almost the top of the coffee table and can articulate in any direction, sorry you were not made aware of this feature and we will add a note on the TV for future renters. Yes, there are 2 owners closets but everything else is open for your use. Those 2 closets are the only place we can store extra supplies, sheets, towels and personal items. There are 2 empty dressers in each bedroom, a luggage rack under each bed, and hooks with at least a dozen hangers in each bedroom as well. The entry closet is open for hanging clothes, coats or storing shoes as well. We also provide a mud mat at the main entrance and rugs at every other entry point for storing shoes. Appreciate the feedback on the shower caddy, we have ordered those for future renters to use if needed. Hope you had safe travels home and appreciate the feedback so we can make the home better for future renters."
