The apartment presents a beautiful tropical coastal design with a hint of Scandinavian. Perfect for executive and family living and absolutely ideal for business accommodation, the property features Italian brass tap-wear, Calcutta Gold marble bench tops, air-conditioning, 65” smart TV, internal laundry facilities and brand new queen size and single beds.

You can wander down to the beach – take in the magnificent views while exercising on the promenade walk that stretches over 10 km from Auckland’s CBD to St Heliers. Pop down to New World at East Ridge Shopping Centre, only 1km away and open for online orders. Or purchase your daily needs from the convenience store across the road.

Kitchen:
Our beautifully designed Calcutta Gold marble bench-top kitchen has everything you need. Fitted out with brand new appliances; coffee machine, induction cooktop, oven, cooking utensils, kettle, full fridge/freezer, toaster & microwave. All tea/coffee condiments (including coffee pods) are provided

Living room:
We offer Free Wifi and Netflix to enjoy on your brand new 65” Smart TV. Relax and kick back on the couch, watch your favourite Netflix series.

The luxury brand new queen and single size beds are fitted with hotel quality linen, ready for you to sink into.

Your apartment is fully equipped with a brand new washer/dryer (including washing powder) fitted under the island bench in the kitchen. The iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are located under the sink in the kitchen for your exclusive use.

Cooling/Heating:
Enjoy the option of two individual air-conditioning units or the gentle sea breeze air as it flow through the double sliding door or window, keeping the space naturally comfortable.

Baby Essentials:
We can provide most of your baby needs - portable cot, highchair and baby bath.

Guest Access:
We offer contactless self-check in. This enables you to arrive when it suits you. Standard entry is from 3pm.

A Few days before you arrive you will be sent a unique door code to enter into the digital keypad. Once at the apartment the entire place is all yours including the laundry. You don't have to share any of your amenities with anyone.

1. Start the day with a workout:
Mission Bay is a fitness-lovers paradise! Enjoy running, walking, cycling or skating alongside the beach, or maybe you’re a water baby - swimming, paddle-boarding or kayaking might be your thing. Mission Bay's beach is safe to swim year-round!

2. Refuel with coffee and brunch
Tana Mera Espresso is a fave with the locals with awesome, friendly staff, amazing coffee and the most delicious brioche that are delivered fresh DAILY.

3. Head to the beachfront playground:
Mission Bay's playground is well known far and wide by parents and kids. Enjoy the fantastic views of the beach, islands, boats and fountain.

4. Check out our historic sites
NZ ‘s first ever flying school was established in Mission Bay in 1915 and we have the sculpture to prove it! The historic Mission House stands at the site of the late 1840s Melanesia Mission which gives Mission Bay its name. Or head up to Bastion Point via the walkway from Tamaki Drive and enjoy some of the best views in Auckland.

5. Head to the movies in one of Auckland’s oldest (and coolest) cinemas

Getting Around:
The short trip from Mission Bay to central Auckland is not only picturesque, but dotted with some of Auckland's other favourite attractions.

Drive: 15 minutes is all it takes by car.
Taxi: Probably the best money you'll ever spend, just sit back and take in the sights along the way!
Bus: Only 50 metres away is a bus that leave every 30 minutes for the city. Walk to 63 Tamaki Drive and catch the TMK bus.
On Foot: The walk from the Mission Bay promenade that follows the seashore takes around 45 minutes, or you can jog, cycle or rollerblade in less.

Once in the city there is so much to do:
- Auckland's Ferry Terminal provides regular ferries (usually every 30 minutes) to the beautiful Waiheke Island where you can experience some of NZ's best wines and their beautiful vineyards.
- There are plenty of adventures on offer, such as Bungee Jumping, Whale and Dolphin Watching, Fishing, Jet Boat Tours, just to name a few.

Auckland Airport to Mission Bay:
Auckland Airport is 22km from Mission Bay. There are various options to choose from to get to the Mission Bay. The quickest and most convenient way is via Taxis or Uber. However there are less expensive options such as airport shuttles or buses. See below for more detail:

Taxis:
A taxi to Mission Bay will take around 45 minutes, depending on traffic, and can cost from $80–$100. There are well signposted taxi ranks at both International and Domestic terminals.

Uber:
Alternatively use your mobile app to book an Uber and pay between $42-$57. Download the Uber app to find out more.

Shuttle Bus:
There is a different rank for shuttles. Shuttle offer you the option of shared rides, which can be more economical than taking a taxi. However this usually takes longer as the shuttle make multiple drop offs. This fare costs $49 for one person and $59 for two (the passenger decreases as you increase number of passengers). Bus:
There is no direct bus from Auckland Airport to Mission Bay. However, you can catch the SKY Bus from the either the International or Domestic terminal to 55 Customs St East, Auckland Central. From there you will need to change buses to (TMK, 414, or 775) and journey to corner Tamaki Dr and Patteson Ave. The fare is $21-$23 and takes approximately 1h 6m.

All of our Apartments are cleaned thoroughly, and we have disinfected our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorhandles, tabletops, electronics, appliances, and control panels. Please contact us if you’d like to know more about how we’re protecting your health.

Furthermore our cleaning fee includes the restocking of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, conditioner, coffee etc. The sheets and towels that we use are commercial high quality hotel standard linens which is guaranteed to be clean, sanitised, fresh and pressed.

If when you arrive something isn’t up to your standard, we are available 7 days until 10pm and will go above and beyond to ensure your apartment is sparkling clean.

Great spot
Great location- quite a bit of noise from the local restaurants and pubs and cruising traffic but got to expect that with the location. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom.
