We had a great time swimming at the pool grilling burgers going to Frio River. All the toilets and showers were working just fine. I had a great time. Thank you for letting us stay. At the beautiful house.

Great stay
Went with friends and family. Nice location and easy to get to stores and river. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with house managers easy and quick reply though we did not have to contact them during our stay as there were no issues.

Great vacation house
It's About Time was a fabulous vacation get away for our group. The house was perfect, clean, and all furniture was comfortable. The pool was sparkling clean and surprisingly cool and refreshing even though the temps were high. Beautiful views and so relaxing.

It’s about time perfect
Overall this house was awesome! I loved that it had 3 bathrooms comfortable beds! The space in living room was spacious I like the open space in the kitchen. We loved the pool good size for my family to enjoy! The wrap around porch was extra nice. I didn’t know it was a two story until I got there. We tried to make s’more at the pit I think it need air flow. We loved our vacation and enjoyed the house!

Summer vacation
Very beautiful scenery and nice house and pool! Had some trouble with the kitchen range. Would not heat up at times but everything else was nice. We will surely come back sometime next year! Thanks!

We met in college in 1995 and have been together ever since. Frio River Resorts was started by Brannon's parents nearly 20 years ago and it has been continuously Hightower-family-owned and operated the entire time, with us buying the business in 2018.
We're local and we live in Concan full-time and enjoy serving as stewards of our community with participation in local boards and volunteer organizations. You've likely seen us on River Road as you leave on Sunday supporting the Concan Volunteer Fire Department in our “Fill The Boot” fundraising campaigns, or out to eat at Neal's or House Pasture.
