CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

APARTMENT: The two separate apartment sleeps 10 guests in a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (100-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

PARKING: Valet Parking at Hampton Inn $45/night (The price may be subject to change without prior notice).

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 6 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

On weekends Miami Beach comes alive with many bars and restaurants. We provide a white noise machine and ear plugs in each bedroom for light sleepers.

Clean, convenient and affordable

We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean, amenities (towels, kitchen supplies and toiletries) were a great benefit when visiting from a distance. The location was great. About a mile from South Beach there were still plenty of shops and restaurants to eat. It was also very easy to rent beach chairs and umbrellas just across the street on the beach. A great vacation spot!
