This lovely 4 year old property is located in the popular Bay Breeze Estate and opposite the lake and park lands. The parklands includes a playground and large grass areas for picnics, to kick to football or relax.
This 4 Bedroom and 2 bathroom, remote double garage house is suitable for extended families.
Just over one kilometre to the beach and a short walk to the St Leonard’s Golf Course, this property is in a great position.

The house includes : 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Double lock up garage, 2 living areas.
The second couch folds out to a double bed - more for kids/teenagers.
All linen and bath towels provided, byo beach towels.
Unlimited WiFi through Aussie Broadband NBN

Ducted cooling.
Ducted heating.
Plus split system to main living area.

Kitchen is fully set up with all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, baking dishes, large wok and large pot, dishwasher, large 900mm oven with 3 rows of hot plates.

Lavazza coffee machine with pods provided.

Washing machine & Dryer, laundry powder supplied. Table top ironing boards and iron.

Outdoor undercover patio with outdoor setting & BBQ

Provided with the house for your use:
2 kayaks with paddles (bring own life jackets), boogie boards, skim board, beach chairs & umbrella, buckets & spades, beach bag and water proof ocean bag to keep valuables dry and sand free at the beach /on kayaks.
2 tennis racquets with tennis balls, basketball, football, skipping rope, yoga mat, hand weights, badminton & volleyball set, stretchy exercise bands. Guitar.

Fully fenced rear yard with fence extensions to the rear for more privacy.
No charging of electric vehicles.
Opposite large parkland and small lake
Block out blinds throughout.

You won’t want to miss the sunsets from the front of the house - the sun sets over the back of the parklands.

Thank you for such an amazing stay Rebecca. Such a beautiful and organised place with a beautiful view of the lake and a hop skip and jump to the beach. The place was generously full of everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

Great house for big family

We had a lovely time. The house was fabulous for a larger family group. Lots of space, very clean and we loved that our host left condiments, cleaning products and toiletries. Two indoor spaces and an outdoor space meant lots of room to relax

This was a perfect house for our group

The owners are so generous with this house , with what they provide and the communication. The beds are comfortable, 2 are quite low so if you dodgy knees get in early and pick one of the higher ones. The showers were lovely, This is a neat, clean and comfortable house with plenty of room and walking distance to the beach and shopping strip. If the kids don't join us again next year we will happily book again.
