Lovely beach house with everything you need!
Master bedroom with King size bed and walk in robe and ensuite. Second bedroom with Queen bed and additional 3rd and 4th bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Family bathroom with bath and shower. Bedlinen is included but towels are not.
Large open plan modern kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher. Dining area which seats 8 and comfortable lounge area with TV and air conditioning for summer and open fire place for cosy winter nights.
Large private outdoor deck which is fully enclosed and safe for toddlers with outdoor dining table and BBQ .
Brand new luxurious private outdoor shower with both internal and external access.
A table tennis table is undercover and there are plenty of board games as well as NBN internet with unlimited Wifi.
A 500m walk to the front beach which is safe and perfect for children. Walk to Blairgowrie shops for your coffee or ride along the bike track to explore.

Beautiful, very well appointed property in a great location. Our group had a wonderful time eating at the nice big kitchen table, chatting on the comfy couches around the fire and slept so well in very comfortable beds. A great place to stay

Our house host Katriona was very polite & helpful, and gave us all the information we needed. The house was just brilliant, very, very clean, comfortable beds, and lots of board/card games were provided which the kids loved and a table tennis table that was a huge hit, for both kids and adults alike. Enjoyed a lovely family BBQ on Saturday night on there outside decking. Only a short walk to Tryone beach, a 10 minute drive to Sorrento, the home was in a fabulous position. A very quiet location. A wonderful family time had.

Fabulous space

We loved our time here. The house was very comfy, clean and well resourced. The outdoor bathroom is an absolute stunner. Walking distance to the front beach was easy and the location was perfect because it has limited traffic around it. Great place.

The property exceeded expectations! We had a group of 6 people so the rooms and bed configuration was perfect for us. The place is very welcoming and we had a great stay. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach, which was a real highlight given the amazing weather. Would highly recommend.

Family Getaway

The property was just lovely. 4 bedrooms and bed configuration is a great set up. The large central couch is comfy and perfect for hanging around. Kitchen has everything you wish and the huge coffee machine was a bonus! Waking up to a run along the beach was perfect. Lovely stay overall.
