Positioned directly across the road from the beach down the quiet end of Pearl, it is hard to conceive of a more desirable location, literally nestled between Two Waters .

This is a beautifully presented holiday home with all modern cons including air-conditioning and WIFI with streaming services, comfortable furnishings and picturesque views making a perfect family retreat.

Pearl Beach is one of the Central Coast's most beautiful coastal suburbs. Set amongst the lush bushlands of Bouddi and Brisbane Water National Parks. Located only 90 minutes from Sydney. Enjoy the beach, ocean bath or one of the many surrounding bushwalks.

Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms both containing king size beds and ensuites. Downstairs Bedroom 3 contains a king bed and Bedroom 4 contains a queen bed and 2 single beds.
