You and your family can relax and unwind as your cares melt away in this comfortable, beach style abode featuring natural lighting throughout and a peaceful and private yard with plenty of rooms for the kids and pets to burn some energy. Situated only 20 steps to the beach, it is the epitome of beachfront/beach side living or holidaying.
Pearl Beach is one of the Central Coasts most beautiful coastal suburbs. Set amongst the lush bushlands of Bouddi and Brisbane Water National Parks. Located only 90 minutes from Sydney. Enjoy the beach, ocean baths, tennis courts or one of the many surrounding bushwalks.

Master bedroom with a king bed
Bedroom 2 has a tri-bunk.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 3 contains 2 single bunk beds.
Bedroom 4 has a queen bed
Bedroom 5 has a double futon.

The property is in a lovely position, was clean and well decorated. The washing machine broke down and I am pleased to say they got a new one the next day.

Great location - Pet Friendly
Property was in a great location - but north of beach which is dog friendly but you can only swim on south end. Plenty of parking, spacious home. Wifi not the best - needed to use own data which was ok. Had problems with TV but property manager was very helpful and accessible.
