Great place for our family to stay while in town for a wedding. The house was furnished with anything you might need for your stay. Very clean and welcoming.

Perfect fit fir family of 5
Visited the area to attend four day event. Home location was right on point for where we needed to be and provided our family to needed space we all needed to unwind that a hotel room could not provide.
Booked Emil's rental for a girls' mid-winter getaway weekend. We had an excellent time hanging in the hot tub and sauna while the temperatures outside were sub-zero. Close to several restaurants, shops, grocery and convenience stores. Would stay again in the future.
A very nice property! Fairly new inside. Easy on/off 84. 4 miles to Mount Southington for good skiing. Brooklyn Bakery just around the corner for great donuts and breskfast sandwiches. House is comfortable and clean.
Our stay was perfect. Comfortable beds, modern well equipped kitchen, beautiful appointments, clean everything. We had a family emergency, and the hosts were unbelievably nice and acommodating. The snow came and the hosts arranged for snow removal. Very caring and you can see a lot of effort to make guests comfortable and safe.
Like pulling up to your aunt and uncle's house for the holidays (in a great way!)
Decked out for the holidays. Check in was great. Broke open the bottle of wine and walked around the house. Beds very comfortable. Everything looked great and worked well. You do get a waft of chlorine when you come into the house from the hot tub but that's because it was bubbling away to soak your muscles from your long trip. Had plenty of personal care items if you forgot any and the check out requirements were easy! (Strip linens and take trash out and clean dishes. Just like your family would expect! ) Is in the area, will definitely go again.
We were in Connecticut for our friends 25th business anniversary at Chute Gates Bar and Grill. It was my first time being there. The house is very lovely and we had a wonderful time drinking our morning coffee on the upper porch. It is nicely decorated and has comfortable beds. They had chocolates and a bottle of wine for our arrival. We unfortunately didn't get a chance to use the hot tub or sauna when we were there due to our schedule, but maybe next time. We diffently recommended this house. Things to take into consideration though. There is one full bath not attached to any of the rooms upstairs and a small half bath downstairs. If it may rain on your visit have an umbrella with you to get back and forth from your vehicle. Last is pulling out from the drive into a busy road can be tricky due to there is a blind curve on one side.
