CBD Townhouse is a Tag Walters architecturally designed open plan home from the 1960s. Located in the CBD and a short stroll to the beach, it features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The townhouse has a historic overlay with the City of Warrnambool. Once a permanent home, it has been fully restored and is now a comfortable and centrally located townhouse open for guests.
CBD Townhouse is located on one level with a bright and airy open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The spacious, modern kitchen makes entertaining a breeze. It comes fully equipped with cooking utensils and equipment, an oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The dining table seats 6 and there are also bar stools at the kitchen bench.
The large north facing lounge gets beautiful sun year round and has plenty of comfy seating with two couches and a chair. It also has a flat screen TV/DVD, heater, reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan.
There are also board games, novels, magazines, maps and tourist leaflets.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, with a flat screen TV/DVD. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a double bed.
All bedrooms have ample storage with heaters, fans and electric blankets.
When booking please specify how many beds you will be using. The other bedrooms will be locked during your stay.
The townhouse has two bathrooms with two toilets. The larger bathroom has a washing machine (laundry powder is provided), toilet, spa bath and shower overhead. The second bathroom has a toilet, bath and shower overhead.
The back patio has an outdoor setting with a table and chairs, and there is a carport available for guests to use that will fit one car.
