Here are some additional details to note:

⬥ Guests love our home for its downtown core location, close to many amenities. However, like most downtown areas, you may see litter or messy yards. Our neighborhood is generally safe and we haven’t had any incidents with our guests in the past, but we still advise you to lock your vehicle and keep valuables inside our home.

⬥ Our neighbors are nice and friendly people, however you may sometimes see waste bags or disorganized content in their yard. Their dog may bark, but is not dangerous. Yards outside our fences are beyond our control. All of this should not affect our space, as we make sure that our yard is clean and well-maintained for our guests.

⬥ This semi-detached house shares a wall with another household living on the other side, so you might hear some noise occasionally.

⬥ There is no dishwasher in the unit.

⬥ We provide a limited amount of basic consumables such as soap, toilet paper, paper towel, salt/pepper/sugar, tea, and coffee. Guests are responsible for items beyond what’s provided.

⬥ This unit is at the front of a 2-unit house, accessible with a keypad lock. The backyard is shared with the back unit
