Parking on the street was easy and it was perfect walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go! Check-in was simple and getting a hold of the host was seamless as well. It felt safe and we were able to bring our dogs! Will definitely consider staying here again in the future!
Super convenient location, clean and comfortable inside. We were too late to get a free parking spot but parking was super easy st the SOMA Deck (parking garage 1 block west).
If you are looking for a comfortable bed after a long night of walking back and fourth from the arena/downtown area, this place is for you! I didn't want to get out of bed. The sheets, pillows, and comforter were soft. Free convenient parking was an essential part of our booking. This booking is affordable and perfect for anyone.
The place was as described, with convenient access to public transportation and free parking, which was a great perk! It was in an older building but the apartment itself was neat and clean. One heads-up: the pull-out sofa is very small. My 4'11" child couldn't fit on it, so it's really only suitable for very young kids. Overall, it was a solid stay in a quiet neighborhood and in close walking distance of public transportation. We would definitely stay here again.
The bed was nice & comfy but the accommodations were very basic. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. No tolietries or washcloths and the shower curtain was hung too close to the tub & would stick to your body -super gross. We did enjoy the free parking & could walk to the arena district.
Got to the unit and never received check-in instructions. Called host, messaged host, no answer. Had to call VRBO, on the phone for an hour to find out that the property had been sold and the new owner was unreachable.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Its a very small nice cleaned up apartment inside. Its very close to the highway. Easy walk to the stadiums. Much closer to Little Caesars than FF and Comerica. It does Its purpose Downfalls: No tv, no toiletries you'd have to bring your own, some rentals have them. I bring my own anyway. The outlets in the kitchen area did not work. There are cats that are on the property outside. Just a heads up. They'll run away when they see you
Nice, clean space, comfortable bed and good communication. The street parking was easy. Walked to Comerica. Nice location for the professional teams in the area. Good value for the space.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
Pros: This apartment is really cute, conveniently located, and the price is reasonable. Notes: There is no divider (door/curtain) between the bedroom and the living room and thus very little privacy if you're also using the pullout chair for a 3 or 4th guest (the property description states that the unit sleeps 4). As other reviewers have noted, bring toiletries (including soap), coffee pods (we read a review to bring our own but didn't realize that the unit has a Keurig), hangers (there are none), and an extra towel or two if you're more than 3 guests. Some may find the abandoned homes across the street a bit troubling, but we felt safe while in the unit/neighborhood. Challenges: Communication with the host was slower than what we've experienced with other owners, even when we asked to add a night to our stay. Check-in instructions were only provided upon request, a day before we arrived. The unit contained no written information at all no welcome, no wifi instructions, and no check-out instructions. The wifi is really weak (we couldn't connect on several of our devices). The A/C unit in the living room stopped working during our stay and the window in that room was missing a screen, thus not allowing us to take advantage of the cool temps. Here's hoping others go in with intel on their stay.
