Heidi the host went above and beyond to welcome us, and kept prompt communication/contact with us via text about any questions. She even did something unbelievably sweet and thoughtful, in connection to the special event we were coming to town for, that meant more than I could even express! She was unaware one bed was broken but it didn't matter to us as we only needed one bedroom to sleep in, and she was thankful we made her aware. The house itself is pretty minimally stocked, but the basics are there! Plus some really cute design/decor elements in tribute to Pittsburgh, which was fun. We found the location super easy to find, and close to the activities we came for (Celebrating MAC MILLER at Blue Slide Park, Frick Park Market and more)! Pros: Kind host!! Heidi is a real live actual human person from the area, who cares and answers questions, texts promptly, and went out of their way with a kind personal touch for us! She made us feel welcome and that we belong!!Fair price for a decent size place with 3 bedrooms!Cons: Noise. Train tracks and traffic light near house do make it a bit noisy at times, nothing crazy. Window unit air conditioners can be a little loud, but we normally sleep with a fan so it didn't bother us much. Also, parking (pulling in/out of very narrow driveway into very small shared space behind the house) might be difficult for some (it would be for me!), but my husband handled it like a champ. Something to consider if you have a large vehicle.
