We loved staying here for skiing. Close to everything & comfortable w/ great amenities. Once we learned to stagger showers between morning & evening with 8 ppl we all enjoyed hot showers.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed, including an XL humidifier which I appreciated. We were able to ski Copper, Keystone and Breck with no trouble. We would stay here again.
Excellent location in Frisco. Walk to shops and catch the bus to multiple ski areas. The only issue was there are no dressers in the rooms to store your clothing. Loved the hot tub!
Hi Patti,
Thanks for your review, we are glad you enjoyed the place. This is the first we're hearing that the beds are uncomfortable but we will check it out.
Thanks,

The location was perfect for walking to dinner or shopping, or even on a walk for some exercise… easy 7 minute drive to Copper Mountain, and the hot tub a perfect way to end the day- with a light snow falling. We loved the big living/dining/kitchen area for gathering- and the heated garage a HUGE plus so that we could leave boots and gear in the car and it was all warm - snow and ice melted off- in the morning heading to the slopes. Thank you for a great stay- we had a wonderful time!
This condo facilitated a great group of (now) friends. My only complaint was the bed frame sagged causing sleeping issues for my wife and I. But the trip was fantastic and the condo was great! Highly recommend the condo and Copper Mountain.
Property was clean and convenient - although too cold to walk to downtown in the eves (single digits and windy!). Favorite part was hot tub on the deck. As other reviewers mentioned - furniture layout is very odd and inadequate for more than 3 or so. Liked that the main bedrooms were downstairs and cooler, but did wish for a set of drawers. Very clean. Nice kitchen. Skillets, etc. need replacing (beat up teflon), but everything we needed was there.

Deferred Maintenance
Stains everywhere on the carpet and water damage on the ceiling. Upon check-in they tell you that you have to take out your own trash and do your own dishes. The towels smelled bad and the master bed had a large worn out depression. Great location and tall garage fit SUV with topper. Very Nice kitchen. Could be a 4 or 5 star with some work.

Hi Ryan, Thanks for the review. Sounds like you enjoyed the place overall but had some issues during your stay. We know about the water damage on the ceiling and we are working on it. We're unsure of the other issues but will check them out. I'm not sure what to say about the trash and dishes - you rented a private townhome, not a hotel room or bed and breakfast and there is no daily maid service. This is true of any of the thousands of rental properties in our area - no one is coming to do your dishes for you.
Thanks,
John Forest

Great location but overpriced
The location was amazing, right on main and easy access to I70. The bar rental price was big but on par for the time of year and location. The owner fee of over 1000 was outlandish - because of it we expected so much more. The place is adequate but not overly spacious. Our main reservation is that it’s not kept tidy and clean for the price. The floor mats in the kitchen and bathrooms were gross and dirty. The garage had all kinds of junk in it. Unnecessarily. For the price, this place could do su much better.

To anyone reading this - The review as posted is 100% false. We have tried to reason with this customer but he does not want to consider what we are saying. This customer DID NOT pay any "owner fee" of $1000 or any other amount. Beyond that, the garage DOES NOT have "all kinds of junk" in it but it does have some sleds and other items for guest use. We will check on the floor mats in the kitchen and bathrooms for problems but considering how off base this person is, the comments can't be trusted. Thanks, John Forest, Bighorn Rentals

Spring Break Trip 2018
Overall we were very happy with this unit. It was very clean with high quality appliances and a lot of seating for meals. The location is great with dining and apres ski locations within walking distance of the unit. Also, Highway 70 is close so getting to the various ski resorts is very convenient. The only downsides were that we could not get the hide-a-bed to open which was an inconvenience for one of the members of our group and we did not have a remote for the garage door because the group that rented the unit before us took it with them. The missing garage door remote was not a big deal, but the rental group did not express any empathy that the missing remote would be an inconvenience to us.

Thanks for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and the property worked well for you. It is a great place. I did want to respond to a few of your comments. First, on the sofa sleeper, we haven't heard that comment before, we'll check on it and for future reference, please let us know while you're here so we can do something about it. Second, on the garage door opener, I apologize again for not having it here for you, it is pretty well out of our hands when the previous guest takes it with them.
Thanks

The location of this property with proximity to Main St is phenomenal. The deck space is a great addition. My only negative feedback is the decor, or in some cases lack there of. Examples include; no dressers in any of the bedrooms or shelves in the closets and hangers are sparse. Was okay in the summer, but not sure where one would put all of their ski gear. The furniture appears that it pre-dates the construction by 10 years and is apparent it's pieced together. The best example is the corner of the sectional that was too big for the living room, so it was used as it's own piece upstairs.

excellent location! walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants in frisco. the view from the deck and dining area is amazing! easy drive to breck. we'll be back! only downside would be a lack of drawers/storage for your clothing. but we're used to living out of boot bags on ski trips. :-)
We loved the townhouse. It was located in the perfect place. A short walking distance to downtown. At edge of town so we could easily get in our car to visit other towns
Thanks

Location is ideal as you can walk out your front door and be in the thick of Frisco. We will be back.

Warm, modern, convenient.
The pictures don't do this property Justice. The home is warm inviting modern yet very comfortable. It is on Main Street Frisco and easy to access Breckenridge or Dillon from the local free bus. Having a washer and dryer was a great amenity especially since we used the hot tub daily and could clean our towels as needed. Each room has its own thermostat which helps for individual preferences and the one-car garage was great because it was snowing while we were there. We would absolutely recommend this home and we look forward to coming back again.
