This beach getaway is a newly redone 3rd floor direct ocean view condo. Located on the quiet shores of Cape Canaveral with views of the Kennedy Space Center, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Relax and enjoy this ocean oasis!

This spacious gem is a beautiful spot for the family to enjoy the close access to the beach. Enjoy the sweeping views from the patio, cook a meal in the large kitchen to enjoy together, or gather in the living room to watch TV.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible with high quality linens & towels, beach items provided, free parking & wifi, in-suite laundry, TV's, hair dryers, beach towels and more! We look forward to welcoming you.

Location is the best of both worlds: Being 1 mile north of the pier provides beach privacy, with the action of the Pier & Ron Jons a short walk down the beach.

Wonderful Stay

We are a family of four visited Cocoa Beach for the second year in a row and stayed in the same building. Our unit was clean, exactly as mentioned in the listing with a great view. I would recommend this unit. We're looking forward to returning next year.

Very clean and quiet property. Well stocked and maintained. We saw 4 rocket launces in 3 weeks, and enjoyed the restaurants at the port to watch the ships leave in the evenings. And of course the beach is awesome. We already book for next year!

Great stay, perfect location

Great stay, perfect location. Really nice touches such as beach chairs and boogie boards. Clean however if you have a cat allergy (as one of ours kids has) bring your allergy meds. Check-in a little cumbersome due to key being a mile away, so best to ask for that address first. We would stay again. Very enjoyable and away from the noise of Cocoa Beach yet nicely positioned on the beach with a pool too if you need it.

Summer getaway

We had a fabulous visit! Nice and clean unit and grounds. Well supplied with everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Location was perfect even got to see 3 space launches! The only thing that would make it better would have been to just stay. We would absolutely stay again.

Check in was easy, even arriving at 4:00 am. Unit was nicely decorated and clean. Plenty of paper supplies and cleaning items. Pool is clean and uncrowded. Beach is a few steps away. Lots of room to spread out. Glad to have beach chairs, umbrella and towels available. The in-unit laundry is a plus. Even saw a rocket launch from Kennedy. Felt the sonic BOOM! seven minutes after liftoff!!!

My family stayed in this condo for my brother's satellite launch this past weekend, and it turned out to be the perfect spot. The drive to the launch site was quick and easy. The condo itself was spotless, spacious for the four of us, and felt welcoming right away. The bedrooms were roomy and stocked with plenty of blankets, extra pillows, and more bath and beach towels than we expected. We were especially grateful for the beach gear—chairs, toys, and even a cooler—since we’d flown in and couldn’t bring our own. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and storing food, which was a big plus. We also appreciated how secure the building felt, with key codes required for both the elevator and pool. While we didn’t get the full beach view we’d hoped for (important since my mom couldn’t walk down to the beach) but the listing photos were accurate about the view. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. The little touches—like extra charging ports and ceiling fans in the bedrooms—made it all the more comfortable and convenient. Parking was very easy with a designated spot. Access to the beach was great and the pool was huge and never felt crowded! We would absolutely stay in this condo again!

Great property! Location was nice…there’s a lovely view of the ocean in this third floor condo. Lots of extras like boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella, a good size cooler, and sand toys. The property also has putters and golf balls for the putt putt green. The pool is big and deep. There is a shuffle board near the pool as well. The unit has a washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. There are both types of coffee makers - a regular drip and a keurig. We were provided soap at the sinks and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. The property is a little worn, but it’s a lovely condo nevertheless. I really loved the key pad entry and key pad gates for security. I would have liked a fitness room, but the beach was great for walks, runs, or jumping rope!

Wonderful beach stay close to everything!

We stayed here for a week in June for our son's baseball tournament at the USSSA stadium in Viera. It was only a 30-minute drive from the fields, and perfect for enjoying the beach after games. We were almost able to see a shuttle launch (it was canceled), but just having the beach mere steps from your door made this the perfect summer getaway. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs available in the unit for our use were the cherry on top of several great beach days. The small putting green (putters and golf balls also provided) and pool are great bonuses when traveling with kids, although they do lock up the pool promptly at dusk. I believe the same management company operates the complex next door, which has a rooftop basketball court - it would be wonderful if there were an option to access that area during your stay. We had one minor issue locking ourselves out of the unit, but Amanda responded immediately and had someone out to fix it in minutes. Very responsive and kind! There aren't a ton of restaurant options in the area, so doing some research beforehand may be helpful. We did find a great Mexican restaurant near the end of our trip, and there are a few decent burger/bar options within walking distance. Visiting the nearby Ron Jon's Surf Shop for souvenirs was also enjoyable. Overall, this is a great location and a great, airy, updated and spacious condo unit, and we would love to come back if in the area again!
