Guests initially enter Siesta by the Sea by walking up the exterior staircase to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the villa's first floor, which features an entryway, living room, dining area, kitchen, half bathroom, laundry room and master suite. Walk up a flight of stairs in the villa's entryway to find the king suite, the full suite and a game table. You can access the outdoor deck and balconies from the living room, dining area, kitchen and all three suites.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.



There is a doorbell camera on the front door of this unit to provide security and adherence to house rules.
