Thank you so much for your 5 Star review. Glad you enjoyed the Hot tub and Sauna. Hope to see you again and make memories for a lifetime. Winter is why we moved here. Summer is why we live here. Gotta love the Vail Valley!
The name truly captures its essence! It's an older home nestled in a stunning location. The four spacious bedrooms and generous gathering areas were standout features that made our stay extra special.

Four adults on annual ski trip and could not have been happier with the treehouse. We have stayed all over the area and this spot was by far the best. We all had king beds and bathrooms- hot tub was amazing and nice touch with pool table. Will definitely book again - great location and super private as well Thanks so much
We had a great time staying at The Treehouse! We had a group of 8 in town for a ski trip. The house is centrally located with access to both Vail and Beaver Creek. Additionally, the house is perfect for relaxing after a long day and has a great hot tub set up with a nice view.

From the owner: "I'm so glad you and your group enjoyed the Treehouse. It is so nice to relax under the stars with minimal light pollution and sunset mountain views. But when cloudy you can always play i billiards and hang out in the sauna. And what a great snow year with over a foot snowing during your visit. Hope you will come visit the Treehouse in the future!"
The house was in such a great location to Vail and Beaver Creek, yet so private. It provided plenty of space for our group of 8 and was very comfortable. 2 things bothered us... every dish we wanted to use was dirty and needed to be washed first. Turns out the dishwasher didnt get dishes clean, so we washed everything by hand all week. The other problem was the kitchen floor. There were many spots that were splintered, which snagged every sock that was worn. So bring a hard soled slipper if you're going to stay there.

Beautiful home and location
Four couples stayed here for a family wedding weekend and the home was perfect. There are trailheads a short walk from the house which was an added bonus. With four king-sized beds and four full bathrooms, everyone had their own private space for wedding event prep. The home is spacious and the kitchen was a perfect gathering space for all. The hot tub was also amazing!

Beautiful house. Great for families!
We loved this house. The views are beautiful. The house backs up to a forest so we had a large, private yard for the kids to play in the snow. It the most well-stocked kitchen I have ever had for a vacation rental. It made it easy to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. Beaver Creek, Avon and Edwards were close by. I would 100% rent it again.

Great home for family entertainment!
Wow! This place was absolutely perfect for us. My wife, two adult children, and two grandchildren just spent a delightful week at this home. We were in town for a wedding, and plenty of relatives stopped by to chat or share a meal. The two living rooms and back porch area provided us plenty of room for entertaining. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking for 14 a couple of evenings a breeze. At one point when we really needed a second crock pot, for example, a second crock pot was discovered. The home is near the scrum of Vail Village and Lionshead, but feels very private and secluded. PMI Vail was very responsive at all hours of the day, and we really ran into no issues with the place. We made great use of both the hot tub and access to the community pool at the bottom of the hill. One of our best VRBO experiences ever! This is a lovely home in a lovely location. If I had three thumbs, I’d give it three thumbs up!

Hello Donald
So glad you and your family and the wedding party enjoyed your stay at the Treehouse. A unique location indeed. Close to the international known resorts but hidden at no traffic road and bordering White River National Forrest. Glad the wedding went well. Hope to see you again. Jake
We were in town for the wedding of our son, who he & his wife work for the Streadman Clinic. The house was a fine choice since we had 2 young grandchildren staying with us. Their family had the lower level & us older folks had the upper level. Steps are a chalenge for people with knee problems like me but I stayed upstairs. The kitchen/ dining area is a plus and much used. The hottub was used & liked by all. The "Ring Bear" visited use 3 times but luckily we were inside during those visits. We all enjoyed the pool table. Parking was no problem and the flowers were fantastic. Enjoy your stay.
