Péssimo lugar
Tive que cancelar a estadia pq quando cheguei no local com a minha família o lugar estava fedendo a mofo, no anúncio dizia q havia estacionamento e não tem (acabei rasgando o pneu do carro pq onde ia estacionar na rua estava cheia de vergalhão), o apartamento estava todo caindo aos pedaços e quando fui comprar uma água no bar ao lado o moço disse pra eu não ficar “dando bobeira” pq o lugar era super perigoso.

“Uma experiência única”
Passei pelo Flat no ultimo mês e só posso dizer que fiquei satisfeito com tudo. o valor foi compatível com o que eu podia gastar, o atendimento foi excelente, inclusive me ajudaram e localizar alguns comércios ao redor. e de noite não ouvia nenhum barulho, podendo dormir tranquilamente.
