Perfect Spot

Wonderful community and property just as Nice as shown in photos. Kitchen was well supplied with everything needed for cooking Carlos was always available and easy to work with. Dunes Buggy an added bonus taking you to the beach where parking can be spotty on weekends. It was a perfect stay.

Nice setting on quiet lagoon

Very nice neighborhood home for your Hilton Head vacation. Good home base. You will need to drive to anything you do. It's about 3/4 mile to beach access. The large deck overlooking the lagoon is a great place for down time.

We brought our teenage/young adult girls here for a couple of days. The community was wonderful and we felt very safe allowing them to discover things on their own. The property was beautiful and had everything we had hoped for. The master bedroom had a VERY comfortable bed, the living room had plenty of comfortable sitting options and the condo was very well stocked. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property.

Overall good place to stay. Loved the resident alligator and all the wild life on the property. Place was clean and very spacious. Kids had a blast. Only draw back is if you come in high season, parking spots are scarce and you may have to walk. The general store has anything you need if you forget something and Kroger delivery was fast. Property was beautiful. I recommend you have bikes delivered like we did because nice bike trails. 10-15 min from everything. Nice private beach but far walk. It was hot but the air conditioner was the bomb cooled down quickly. Patio great for a big BBQ.

Relaxing getaway

Perfect for a long weekend with friends. Communal space was large and comfortable - both great room and deck. Kitchen surprisingly well stocked for a 2-BR unit. Nice water pressure in showers. 2nd BR a bit small, but we knew that from the description. Enjoyed your watching the turtles and alligator in the pond.

Perfect for a short getaway!

I booked this home for a quick family getaway, and if fit the bill! The home was very comfy with all we needed. The manager was very attentive to a small plumbing issue in the kitchen. We were able to enjoy our day and came back to the issue completely recolved. What you see in the pictures is what you get -- a beautiful place to unwind! Highly recommend.

On the positive side, the living space was comfortable and clean. The deck was good for late breakfasts and in the afternoon. We enjoyed the wildlife.On the negative side, there were electrical issues including a missing bulb, multiple outlets not working and a missing cover plate. The light on the microwave to illuminate the stove top did not work. One of the rods for the vertical blinds was missing and there were small tears in the bed covering in the secondary bedroom. When we arrived, one of the dining room chairs was broken.

We will also inspect the bedding for any tears and replace any that are found. Additionally, the outlet and vertical blinds will be thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in good working order. Thank you for choosing to stay at our unit. For any future visits, please don't hesitate to report any concerns while you're still there so we can address them immediately and enhance your experience."

HHI Party of 8 - 5 nights

PROS: -Location-LOVE Palmetto Dunes community and all that it offers. (Pool, beach, pickleball, general store) -Comfortable living room with plenty of seating. -Dune Buggy services. -Rental unit felt clean. -Beds were pretty comfortable. CONS: -Issue upon check-in. -A/C went out, as well as hot water. -It seems that wiring could use some updating-some switches & outlets didn’t work. -Trundle bed wouldn’t pull out. -Primary bedroom fan wouldn’t turn on, deck light wasn’t working. -Could use some baking pans & the outside grill could use some work. I will say Carlos was VERY fast to respond to our issues and had them resolved as quickly as possible. Queens Grant is an older community. If returning to HHI I would explore other rental options in Palmetto Dunes, but I would also consider staying here again.
