The pool company's report indicated that all equipment was functioning correctly, and we relayed this information to you. We regret that you felt the skimmer didn't work properly and that it affected your enjoyment of the pool. Following your review, we conducted a thorough investigation with the pool company at the property to better understand the issue. During our investigation, the pool company was able to demonstrate that all aspects of the pool equipment are operating as expected. Additionally, they explained that the pool pump operates on a timer, and the skimmer functions when the pump is running. When the pump is off due to the timer, the skimmer is inactive. We genuinely value your feedback and strive to ensure that every guest has a wonderful experience.
