Summary:
Situated in the highly desirable Bellerive Bluff area this modern fully self-contained 3-bedroom Townhouse is 50 metres from Bellerive Beach, 200 metres from Blundstone Arena and a 10 minute walk from coffee shops, restaurants and public transport with easy access to Hobart city. Guests will have full access to the property and amenities including two balconies that take advantage of stunning water views and the fresh air of the Derwent River.

The Space:
Guests will have access to two bathrooms, three bedrooms, kitchen, dining and lounge areas with access to a BBQ on one of the decks for visitors to truly make the most of the outside entertaining space.

With access to public transport on a 5-10 minute walk from the Townhouse access to the Hobart CBD and surrounding areas means guest can make the most of their visit during and look forward to the welcome the property offers at the end of day. Taxi services are also readily available and provide a more private means of travel if guests require it.

Guest Access:
Our main living space is best heated by use of the gas heater and cooling by the air conditioning unit. With all of the modern amenities such as Free Wi-Fi throughout the townhouse, Flat Screen TV, Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarms, a full laundry area, you are guaranteed a safe and comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:
It is a lovely quiet neighbourhood, with easy access either by foot, bike or car to a full range of pleasurable activities and services.

Getting Around:
Bus stops are located at the end of the street or within a 5-10 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
Heating in the living areas is best achieved through use of the gas heater while cooling is done via the airconditioning unit.

Interaction with Guests:
Guest will, where possible, be greated by one of their hosts but will otherwise be left to enjoy the property.
