Few drawbacks 1) Laundry room was converted to kitchen - very small - not a full kitchen - small electric stove. 2) entry to the unit is through the side ways (thin space to walk with a bag - forget suitcase) . Hope this is NOT compliance with local council. not sure how stayz approved without inspection. Definitely worth half the price. Rooms are fine.
The property is situated in a nice and clean neighbourhood, the house needs some comfortable couches after a long day we needed a place to sit comfortably other than a bed. But overall, it was a nice and clean place.

All the best!
Rubbish everywhere, no living area, no TV, 3 bedrooms with lumpy mattress, squeaky cheap beds

Thank you for your stay and feedback,Kooky. Apologies for the recent strong winds in Hobart that blew some of the trash away. We mentioned in the description that there is no living room or TV, but each room has a study desk for guests to work or dine. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best.
The property was fine. As mentioned in the ad there’s no living area so the ad is very effective. We did have some issues with the bed. And it is a little difficult to find late at night. I think the directions for the actual entrance to the property area could be better.. Good communication with landlord And Repairs managed effectively as needed

2 of the beds were uncomfortable due to the mattress springs poking through. No bedside tables. Nowhere to sit together. Booked for 4 people but there were only 3 chairs. In my room there was an appliance noisy through the wall. No coffee supplied but there was tea and milks. Tha way in was a bit treacherous and difficult to find, you had to go down a slope beside the house that was washed away in places, no way a large or disabled person could get down as it was very narrow. Cleanliness excellent.
