Our lovely cottage is a Tudor-style home, which is our two-bedroom cottage, has 180 degrees of stunning views over the city and farmland of Rotorua and only 7 mins to the city center. We have cute alpacas, sheep, and fish on the property. You will be more fun when you have a holiday here!!

Great location, cottage was everything our family needed for our short getaway. Could use an extra towel and facecloth but otherwise great.

Disappointing

No cooktop, no freezer compartment to keep ice blocks cold. No top sheet on either single bed, light over bathroom sink does not work, windows were filthy inside and out, floor between toilet and wall was dirty, no hand towel or face cloth provided. Only wine glasses provided for drinks. Only one mirror in unit, none in bedrooms. We can’t believe this place meets even minimum standards for guest accommodations. Only one tea towel provided, hot plate had no instructions and only Chinese labels for operating controls. Listing mentioned alpacas as being close by but there were none. Pictures on listing were attractive but misleading as this place lacks any charm or comfort.
