Oceanwalk 2 | Stylish Townhouse Steps to Beach

Just steps from the beach, professionally designed and fully equipped with everything you need. Stay for a short trip or come for a long stay. This spacious townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a bathroom on each level. The first level has one bedroom with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and a full bathroom. There is also a dedicated laundry area on this level. The second level boasts a beautiful kitchen with a large island, fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful open kitchen, dining, living space and balcony. There is also a half bath on this level for convenience. The third level has two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and king beds! The primary bathroom offers a tub and a large walk-in shower.

Enjoy the views from the 2 balconies; one from the living room and one from the main bedroom. It's a great way to start your day with cup of coffee and plan your adventures. Relax in the evening and listen to the calming sound of the waves breaking on the beach. The backyard has a paved patio and table and chairs with a gas grill with gas provided. Beach chairs, cart and towels are provided.

Oceanwalk2 is a nice spacious townhouse close to the beach. Property is a couple of blocks to the beach. Convenient to several food places. Neighborhood was very nice, great area for dogs too!

Very nice townhouse with a short walk to the beach. All you need to bring is your luggage. Welcome Home is quick to respond if you have any issues. We have rented from them several times and all of the properties are in excellent condition.

Perfect stay

Besides being a beautiful designed and decorated property, this townhouse is very comfortable and cozy. We are looking forward to coming back because we had a really good time, the location is perfect, and best of all the property manager is very professional and quick to respond. Our checking process was flawless and they were always available to respond to anything we needed. I definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy, Comfortable & well stocked

Nice property & location. The bedding was very comfortable kitchen and living areas were well appointed and relaxing outdoor space except hammock that should be replaced. Primary bathroom had a cleanliness concern and the property mgmt company sent someone right away to address it. Good communication and Service. Would stay here again.

Modern, clean and easy walk to the beach!

My family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Oceanwalk 2! Pros: two blocks to the beach, newly updated, modern and clean, 4 bathrooms, very comfortable beds and very nice linens, love all the ceiling fans, great beach accessories, parking for 3 cars in garage and driveway, great backyard with gas fire pit and nice grill. Con: from the living area, you look out onto the roof of a strip mall next door with loud air conditioners so sitting on the decks wasn’t very inviting. Overall we had a great stay and would rent again. We love renting from Welcome Home Rentals for their quality rentals and great communication!

Clean and Convenient

We were very pleased with this property. The unit was very clean, tastefully decorated, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. I need to mention that everything was in working order, too! The very best thing about this unit was the pet/child roll-up gates at the top and bottom of both staircases. The 1.5 block walk to the beach was also a bonus as well as the convenience of having a good breakfast place right around the corner. The property management team was very quick to respond and a pleasure to communicate with.
