Stylish vacation property with good amenities and a fantastic location. Easy walk to the free goldolas with lots of activity close at hand in the public common areas, but out of the way enough to be quiet even when events or live music are close by. Fully stocked kitchen and gas stove was great for in-home meals. Comfortable beds and quick response from Maintenance for a minor appliance issue. Very pleased.
We really enjoyed our stay at this resort property in Telluride. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the lifts and the gondola into town. The unit was well-appointed and comfortable, making it a great home base for our trip. Everything was easy to access, and the stay was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely consider staying here again.
Great condo located very close to lift 4. Well appointed with three separate sleeping areas and nice views of the mountains. Would definitely stay again.
Great location in Mt Village. The condo is modern and well furnished. My only complaint is the lack of ski lockers, especially given the condo is on the third floor. Outdoor pegs available on the second floor for skis and boards though.

Great place with comfortable beds
We enjoyed our stay here. The only issue was the TV was hard to operate, directions are outdated. Also, 2 sets of steep stairs was difficult for loading and unloading our things and for the kids in ski gear. Otherwise, a wonderful place close to all the action in mountain village!!

Yes! The one living room tv is complicated to use because of the many components. Once you are shown once how to use it it’s easy! That being said, we decided to replace the living room tv so it’s easier for newcomers. The tv was supposed to be replaced at the end of January but got delayed. Hopefully will get done this week and won’t be an issue!
We just stayed in this unit and were so happy with it that we booked another stay there next year. There was plenty of room for 6 people. The bedding was comfortable and the bathrooms were large. Great location where everything in Mountain Village was easily accessible. Wish there were fewer stairs (especially at altitude) but what can you do. One of the toilets had troubles flushing but we let the local management company know so hopefully they'll have that checked out. Overall great experience and very good communication with the homeowner. Thanks, Leighann!

Amazing views!
Amazing views! We loved the property but there were a few issues including the cable not working fully and it never got resolved. The property is on the top floor with no elevator. There was construction going on in the unit below us which prevented any nap taking during the day. The unit does show an office area in the pictures but there was not one.
The location of the unit is great - centrally located in Mountain Village.

We are switching to spectrum cable. Mountain village cable has been very unreliable. I never even got a report after they switched out the box while you were there. I did replace the desk with an oversized chair. Personal preference. The picture was merely to show the view towards the east, which I love.
Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) enjoyed our winter trip in the condo. Details below:
Pros: Prime location in MV, well equipped kitchen (we cook a lot), easy to use fireplace, multiple tubs.
Cons: Dust everywhere, serious buildup on bedroom ceiling fan, baseboards, even shelves in bathroom mirror-cabinets, shower heads need to be replaced, pillows need to be replaced, TV system confusing (too many options). So much disorganized leftover pantry food in multiples (no space for our own canned goods), top ring of washing machine needs grime cleaned off. Too many decorative pillows and table decor that make condo feel cluttered when needing (counter/open room) space for all our winter gear and comforts.
Fragranced trash bags were too smelly for our preference.
The place is definitely used often and it shows a bit. The place is solid but could use some tic and then we would stay again.

Clean and well equiped. Great room furniture uncomfortable and TV hardly any channesls
The home was clean and well equipped. The vaulted ceilings were very nice and helped the suite to feel larger. We did not like all the stairs but I guess for this location it is either flat ceilings or steps to the 3rd level. In the summer the stairs were easier than winter I am thinking. The bedrooms were great, master bedroom has a nice view. I had a hard time with the master shower faucet took me a while to get it hot. The great room furniture is not comfortable at all and only 4 people can watch the TV, the other couch had a broken leg. The great room is not for major lounging but was okay for us as we were not in the condo for long periods of time. TV was confusing to work and hardly any channels however maybe there are none available on the mountain.
All in all the home was clean and was a good value for the price.

Thanks for letting me know about the broken leg on the couch. I would mention that is what the local management company is there for! If you have any problems during your stay, they are there to come fix it and are available 24/7. They have to know about the problem however. I can also relay messages to them as well and they would have promptly come to fix the problem. The unit is checked prior to every arrival (pre arrival check) and the broken leg was either missed or not broken when they evaluated. I ordered a custom made, feather top leather sofa today that will be delivered as soon as its ready for a replacement.
As for the TV, we subscribe to mountain village cable, the only cable service available in mountain village. I believe there are 120 channels. The bedroom TV is wifi enabled as well and you can connect to Netflix and HBO.

If staying in the Mountain Village, this place was easy to find and easy walking distance to commons
The condo was very easy to find. Took a few trips up two flights of stairs to bring all our junk in for a weeks stay; but that got us adjusted to the elevation quickly. Underground parking was convenient; just remember to bring the garage door opener with you into the condo. There is no other way into the underground parking other than the opener. The key that was in a lockbox has been missing for a year, so the door is not an option. Luckily we were let back into the underground by a nearby realtor to retrieve the opener. No problems after that. The outdoor entry light was not working, which made late night entries dicey. The combination lock, though, was the best thing ever; so much better than having to carry a door key. I wish all rentals had keyless entry. When we arrived, the temperature was 74 and sunny. Their is no air conditioning and when we arrived in the late afternoon, the place was sweltering. We couldn't open the windows at night to cool things down because there were no screens. Screens would be nice. The little hand sink in the small loo on the main floor was not operating. The drain had been disconnected, so we couldn't wash our hands immediately after using the toilet. This was eventually addressed after our 4th day there. Appliances were beautiful and in great working order and we loved the great room/kitchen orientation, including all the light combinations. Bathrooms were large and well lit. Wifi worked great. If I had been alone, I personally never would have figured out how to turn on the TV. Thank goodness I travel in the company of geniuses. We generally took the gondola down into Telluride every night, since that was were the action was. It's quiet at the top during the time of year we were there. We did the Via Ferrata while we were there; did lots of hiking; rented mountain bikes for the ride of our lives; took the Jeep over some of the passes and enjoyed the restaurants down in Telluride. The place was a deal for the area, but our real complaint is with the added fees that VRBO/Homeaway tack on.

I am appalled at your problems with lighting and with the sink not working. Totally unacceptable. We use a local management company and I will be discussing this in detail as we pay and additional $50 before each guest arrives for them to walk through and check for just these sorts of things. I was made aware the key to the garage went missing in August (it was there when we were there in July) and the condo association was in the process of rekeying the door and providing new keys. These things do complete on "mountain time" but I will call today. Additionally, housekeeping is supposed to keep the blinds drawn while guests are not there. We stayed for 2 weeks in July and the blinds in the great room def have to be drawn from noon until about 3pm to keep the sunlight from heating up the room. Obviously this is because there are a million west facing windows. There actually is a portable AC unit in one of the closets but I have never found it necessary. It cools off briskly at night and I love the mountain air. Most places in Mountain village dont have screens because the bugs are not really an issue. We keep the windows open all day and night (no crime either) without issue. I think it may be in part the altitude and part because the windows tilt out instead of sliding up but we have had maybe one bug inside ever that I can remember. These are legitimate issues with the management co that I can assure you will be addressed immediately. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
We have young kids so we typically stay in mountain village for the concerts, the outdoor movies, and I love the restaurants close by: the village table, tomboy tavern, Satay and Altezza are all excellent. If you are looking for more late night drinking, Telluride definitely has more of a bar scene. Mountain village is more of a drink wine by the fire atmosphere.
We had a great family vacation in Mountain Village. The location of the condo was great. Super easy to get to the slopes and to the gondola and shops and restaurants in Mountain Village. The beds and rooms were nice for our family of six. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Hi Stephanie- would you be able to message me some details so we can get this fixed?
We had a lovely week long stay here and enjoyed the super fantastic location and access to the gondola to head over to telluride or moubtain top. We stayed at the end of the season in September and the leaves were absolutely stunning. The home is as the pictures show and the stairs weren’t a big deal unless you were coming back from grocery shopping or something that requires 4 or 5 trips to the car. It was also great to have an indoor garage to put the car in. Great stay!
The owner and property manager did a great job with this property. Bedding and towels were great. Everyone was comfortable. My young adult kids loved the large T.V.’s. If you are planning on renting here, do it! Please know that because the location is in the middle of Mountain Village, the outside noise may wake you. My only advise to the owner is to have better hangers.
The owners were wonderful to work with! Open communication. The condo is a great location to Mountain village core and the gondola. The garage was an extra perk! Plenty of room for the family! We will be back!
We are a family of 5 and found this to be the right amount of space for us. The only thing you should consider are the 2 flight of stairs to get to the unit- there’s not an elevator. This is in the description but harder than I thought it would be for 2 Middle Aged adults but the kids ages 7-14 didn’t complain! Ski in/out was pretty easy to do by walking across street to the peaks hotel. Overall it was very conveniently located to ski, restaurants and nicely equipped. Would recommend
Great location in Mountain Village. Condo is well appointed and has plenty of room for two couples. While the deck is a bit small, it was a lovely place to enjoy the warm autumn sunshine in the afternoons.
Property was very nice. Very close to Mountain Village Center. I don't believe you can stay any closer to the Gondola to Telluride than this. The two bedrooms and loft were plenty for the 5 of us. Beds were very comfortable. Bed in Loft was HUGE! Didn't really have any issues with anything while we were there (Coffee Maker would not work the first 2 or 3 times we tried it and then all of a sudden it started working, I think it just needed water to get pumped into it). We brought ground coffee and coffee maker is only for K-Cups so we had to go buy some of these) TV downstairs was pretty easy to figure out but didn't seem to get many channels. Looks like the TV in the master bedroom had Netflix and a few other streaming channels and I think the TV in the Master Bathroom had Amazon Fire TV but we didn't use either of these TVs. Kitchen and appliances all worked perfectly. Common area was sufficient for the 5 of us but it is a little smaller than it looks like in the picture. Liked having a garage to park the car in. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying at this location. Would stay here again if I go back to Telluride.

Glad you had a good time. There is actually a large drip coffee maker but i put it in the cabinet just before your arrival in lieu of the keurig which I prefer. The keurig does take about a minute to heat up, so when you press the button it doesn’t process immediately. The cable is the mountian village cable which is the only cable available locally.

Why they chose this property
We chose this property after coming to Telluride for 8years. Telluride is a wonderful mix of charm and class, with some of the best hospitality in the world. We stayed at many rentals, some loud, some with shared walls or halls. One that smelled only of the pizza place next door! We wanted a place with little to no drive by traffic yet close to everything and with direct ski access. It took awhile to find, but we love our home!
