Everything was as it said. The house was bigger than we thought. It was clean and in a safe neighborhood. And our host was excellent. And the pool was cleaned everyday. And it was very family friendly. The neighbors were super cool and friendly.

We were a group of 15 and it was enough room for everyone to have their own space. My family really enjoyed themselves from the swimming pool to the hot tub. The location was about a mile to beach with easy acess to the beach, restaraunts and grocery stores.Host communication was good no problem with checking in.

House was in immaculate condition including the pool and hot tub. The house has two kitchens which were well-stocked with pans, plates, silverware and various other cooking utensils. This was our 29th annual golf trip to Myrtle and one of our favorite houses thus far. Plenty of room in the house and around the backyard to move around and everything was in perfect working order. Would highly recommend this house for golfers as there are many courses within 20 minutes of the house and literally dozens of restaurants with 10 minutes. Marsh Walk is only a short drive away and very popular for dining/cocktails.

Amazing Stay

We had such an amazing stay and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We traveled with our family and another couple with kids, and the home was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel comfortable.The house was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. There were so many thoughtful touches and amenities that made our trip easier and more enjoyable. It really felt like everything we needed was already there.The pool and outdoor space were a huge highlight for us, and the close proximity to the beach made it even better.The hosts were fantastic, very responsive and accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.10000 out of 10 recommend. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family Vacation

The home is large and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The pool pump was out even we arrived and it was repaired quickly. The Owner/Host was responsive to the problem. The greater community area and its pools were also nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely peaceful home.

This home offers it all! Location is ideal for the perfect family beach vacation. The pool area is inviting and designed for comfort. There is plenty of quit places to sit and read. The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and appliances to actually prep and serve your meals. The bedrooms are laidout with privacy in mind. The two great rooms are open and airy. The hosts are very attentive and friendly.

Property was as displayed; however, we had cooling issues on the first floor, fridge/freezer unit did not work, and pump on the pool went out. 3 of the 5 days we stayed were interrupted by service providers for repairs.

Stayed 4 nights. If you want complicated check in by the village this is the place for you— the owners accommodated as best they could. If you want to stay with roaches, this is the place for you. We had to leave the kitchen lights on to deter them from coming out. They were coming out while we were cooking as well. Pictures to proof. Literally one dead greeting us at the door Hard to believe any of the previous reviews did not mention roaches. If you want midnight texts from the owner, reminding you of things to do, this is the place for you. We felt watched during our stay.House in itself, beautiful inside and out. Good location. Don’t think we will stay again.

From the owner: We were sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our home. We would like to clarify the following; - The check-in instructions are very specific so that our guests know what the gated community requires. We have no control over this, and it's for the safety of our community, which includes our guests. - We had the property treated a few weeks before your check-in, and it is scheduled regularly; however, we are near the coast, and there is a small pond directly adjacent to the house. It has also been an unusually wet summer, and we can't prevent 100% of the bugs. Apparently, there is a type of bug in the area this summer that is resistant to regular treatments. As soon as we found out about this, we scheduled an additional treatment to take care of the problem. - All guests receive standard text reminders during their stay, including trash reminders and how to operate the hot tub cover, as well as other pertinent information about the property. These are the only reminders you received. If the trash is missed, it becomes a problem for the next guest who has to deal with it. We have also had guests misuse the hot tub cover, and it is costly to replace. - We do not watch the guests, but do periodically check the security footage when we receive alerts, for safety reasons. Our security cameras are fully disclosed in our listing. We are sorry for the inconvenience you felt. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have exceptional stays!
