Perfect for a family fun holiday, this property is located in a quiet residential area, and offers comfort and space with inground swimming pool and screened outdoor entertaining area, where you can watch the kids play in the pool, while you cook up a sausage sizzle on the Gas BBQ.

This property accommodates a family of 5 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a fully fenced yard where you may also bring a small outdoor dog. Off street parking available in the driveway. The garage is locked not included for guest use.

Features Air Conditioning in the main living room, plus there are ceiling fans in all rooms. Comfortably furnished throughout and a fully equipped kitchen.

Short drive to the Town Centre where you can choose from 5 pristine beaches and a broad selection of boutique shops, and a variety of award winning cafes and restaurants.

Linen is NOT provided(you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels) Linen hire is available online at The Laundry Yamba.

Easter stay

Great pet friendly house

The house was great, with enough room for 12 of us for Christmas lunch! Loved the screened outdoor space - good for the puppers to be outside but not feel left out. A couple of spare toilet rolls in each bathroom would have been nice, especially for a family staying for a week.

Disappointing

There is s certain expectation when booking s Stayz accommodation, and this fell far short. This was a very basic holiday letting. The second bedroom door did not close, as the bed was too big for the room. There were no basics like tea and coffee. The crockery was all crazed. The pool fence is in poor condition and makes a terrible noise when it is windy. I would not recommend
