Located in the residential area of South Providenciales island, this attached side unit of a home with separate entry presents an amazingly authentic experience when traveling to Turks & Caicos Island. Whether you’re an adventure-seeker or a seeker of peace and natural beauty, you’ll have what you’re looking for in this Chalk Sound property.

This attached guest house features:
- A comfortable living area with cozy sofas, coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home.
- The kitchen is well equipped with appliances like an electric oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking essentials to prepare meals to enjoy at home.
- There’s a dining table to comfortably seat 4 for meals at home when you don’t feel like going out! This table makes a great laptop-friendly workspace too if needed.
- The cheerful yellow-painted bedroom features a plush queen bed for a great night’s rest.
- There’s one spacious full bathroom with a stand-in shower.
- There’s a washer and dryer in the unit for convenience.
- Guests have access to 2 free parking spaces in front of the guest house.

Be sure not to miss the view or an amazing sunset overlooking the lagoons at Chalk Sound National Park, about a 2-5 min walk from the property.

The property is on Chalk Sound, South Providenciales of Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) in a quiet and peaceful residential area. It features Chalk Sound national park and its highly scenic natural lagoon on one side and the Atlantic on the other. You’re bound to enjoy some stunning views whether you enjoy sunrises or sunsets. It’s also close to some of South Provo’s top beaches like Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay Beach.

TCI is repeatedly rated in the list of top 10 Caribbean travel destinations and is now one of the fastest-growing destinations in the Caribbean. Stunning white sand beaches, turquoise water, and friendly locals make TCI a unique and magical place. It’s also an amazing destination for water sports like snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, freediving, fishing, kiteboarding, sailing, wakeboarding, and more.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area near Chalk Sound national park with an incredibly scenic natural lagoon. You can catch the views of the beautiful lagoon or go kayaking or paddle boarding there too. It's about a 2 to 5 minute and you'll find:
- endless natural beauty and stunning sunsets (or head to the Atlantic side for the sunrise)
- easy access to Chalk Sound Drive to restaurants, beaches, tour operators & other parts of the island
- an 8-min drive down to Taylor Bay Beach or a 10-min drive to Sapodilla Bay Beach, two of the notably best beaches on the island.
- a 30-min drive to Grace Bay Beach on the northeast coast of the island loaded with activity, bars, restaurants, and more.
- a 35-min drive to Long Bay Beach with an array of watersports available, especially great for kitesurfing.

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises for two vehicles. The home is 8.6 miles (13.8 km) from Providenciales International Airport (PLS), about a 23-min drive.

If you like to get out and explore and want to see the most of our gorgeous island of Providenciales, we highly recommend that you rent a car for your stay, as there is no organized public transportation on the islands. May we suggest Swift or Hertz as two good rental car company options. This area of Chalk Sound is just a bit off the beaten path located in a peaceful natural park, so you'll need to drive to get to stores, restaurants, and attractions on the island.

BEACHES:
- Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach are the closest and more relaxed beaches
- Grace Bay Beach on the northeast coast of the island is loaded with activity, bars, and restaurants because it’s more world-renowned
- Long Bay Beach on the other side of Grace Bay has an array of watersports available

GROCERY/MARKET:
- Head to town towards the airport, about a 10-12min drive, and find several options like Graceway and Sunny’s Market

GOLF:
- Provo Golf Club (across the highway at Grace Bay) 30-min drive

Other Things to Note:
This area of Chalk Sound is just a bit off the beaten path, located in a peaceful natural park area. You’ll need to drive to get to stores, restaurants, and attractions on the island.

The property only has air conditioning available in the bedroom. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning available in the living room area.

WiFi, Smart TV, cellphone, parking spots for 2 vehicles, bed linens, and bath towels are provided free for guests during their stay.

There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like a cleaning, one can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.

Please note that all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, cooking oils, boxed food, etc. prior to check-in. If you plan to cook at home, you’ll need to purchase what you need and bring it to the home.

We supply some home/bath essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like some toilet paper, soap, body wash, body lotion, shampoo & conditioner. But keep in mind these items are not replenished. If you need more you’ll need to purchase what you need.

There is a cellphone that you can use during your stay. It will be preloaded with some allowance. You can top up at any gas stations if you would need more.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are security cameras on the exterior part of the property for guest safety only.

Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. They may call the police if there’s noise after 10 pm, so we ask that you please be considerate to avoid problems.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
The property is self-check-in using a door code to enter. We will provide the information within 24 hours of your arrival. There will also be a key on the inside in the deadbolt lock, should you choose to lock it from the inside.
