The property was in great condition. We had one of the studios which was perfect for me wife and me. There are about 9 units within the property. 5 minute walk to the beach although we did not spend much time at that one. Perfect location for jumping off point to explore the island. Chairs, umbrellas, cooler were all available. Also, there is a kayak and paddle board available to use. Overall great experience.

Perfect for quieter stay

Super cute little place and very clean. This is opposite side from Grace Bay but we had a rental and easily navigated everywhere during our stay. Safe area.

Super windy!!

The grounds were immaculate and the inside was excellent as well. You are within walking distance to Long Bay. This is a great beach for kite boarding but we spent most of our beach time on Grace Bay which is only a short drive away. The ocean was too rough at Long Bay to use any water items… The only missing item for the kitchen was a spatula for cooking..

Excellent week great value quiet location

Excellent value especially considering the e-bikes, kayaks, life jackets, coolers, etc. Joseph the on-site maintenance person is unbelievably helpful and friendly. Really a great quiet location yet 2 minute from long bay beach less than 15 minutes to leeward and grace bay hope to come back real soon !!

Awesome grounds and location

We have stayed in this area several times and this is one of the best. Minutes away from the beach and secure, groundskepper was awesome. Make sure you rent a car though as it is 10 minute car drive to most attractions. Grace Bay car rentals is the best choice.

Units with the vaulted ceilings are gorgeous. Lovely grounds and super clean. Groundskeeper cuts fresh coconuts. Easy to make friends in this collegial group of apartments.

Love, love, loved our stay at SunSeaSand This short term rental was a perfect stay for our kiteboarding lessons on Long Bay with the Big Blue Collective. The studio was exactly what we needed as far as ease of check-in, cooking-in with the grill and wonderful full kitchen facilities, immediate response from our host Ann, cleanliness, great responses from Joseph, the all- purpose pool and yard maintenance man, etc. Complete with local fruit from the beautiful landscaping, and the 24-hour accessible lap pool and shaded gazebo. We can’t say enough! You will be in good hands with this accommodation. It’s an easy walk to the beach and an easy drive to delicious restaurants and snorkeling excursions. We will definitely return!Thank you Ann, you are a wonderful host and obviously care for your property and staff as well as your guests!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Sea Sand. Only 3 minute walk from the beach and a great pool. The property manager was always around and very friendly. We had everything we needed☺️ The bed could be a little bit more comfortable. And the electric bikes were not working properly. Overall this rental was super!!

Great property close to the beach

Rented the studio for the week. Really enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything we needed. The beautiful beach was less than 5 mins away and never overcrowded. It was nice that SUP boards and kayaks were provided as well as electric bikes to enjoy. Joseph the property maintenance fellow was amazing. He was always around, kept the property outstanding including the pool, and was available to help out or answer any questions. We felt very safe at the property. Thanks Ann & Joseph We will definitely be back!!

I stayed at this villa property for 5 days and 4 nights. When I arrived, I was surprised to see how far it was from the grace Bay Area. You need a car or a driver if you’re going to be staying here. When I asked the host, he connected me with Williamson and Jeniero who made my trip 10x more enjoyable. After that connection and being able to find reliable transportation and being paired with someone who knows the island, I enjoyed my stay. The villa itself is very clean and quiet and has great WiFi. The pool is about 6ft.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at SunSeaSand. The location was perfect for us as the beach is a short walk away with great access for kiting. The complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, kayakas, and SUPs, were also wonderful and made for great advenures on non-windy days. The studio was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals and the room had plenty of storage space. We also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. The entire property was well cared for and beautifully maintained. We also liked that multiple families within our group could stay and choose the room type that suited them best. Another couple we traveld with chose a one bedroom, while a family traveling with 2 teenagers chose the 2 bedroom. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and friendly. We would definetly stay here again!

Beautiful stay

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The space was everything thing we need and more. The property was gorgeous. JOSEPH WAS A GEM. He did everything to make sure we was more than accommodate. One suggestion the TV stand is was to big for the space maybe put tv on wall and smaller round table? AThings two note: like other people said a rental is probably a MUST. Taxi don’t come around this area and far from everything. Once had to wait an hr for one. We also kept the door close but ants and mosquitoes seem to be a problem.

Overall, the stay was great! The property manager was quick to respond to any needs we had. The pool was beautiful, and we were the only people on the property during our stay so we had a lot of privacy. I am sure that is not normally the case. We ended up driving to the beach, where there was limited parking. We preferred driving over walking after seeing the dogs in the area. Our only complaint would be the bugs. Although we kept our door closed at all times, mosquitoes still made their way into the room and bit us several times during the night. We used a lavendar candle, which seemed to help.

Best stay ever!

Hands down the best home-away-from-home ever! I was only here one week but this place can definitely accommodate longer stays. The kitchen has all the necessities and there’s even a grill on the patio. The unit opens up to the community pool. This is a developing area so it’s quiet and even the other few guests who were here also respected the peaceful ambiance. It’s literally an easy 5 min walk to the beach which I had to myself most afternoons. There are a lot of “and other” amenities that made the stay enjoyable: Use of a cooler and a beach chair. I didn’t take out the kayak, paddle board nor the e-bike but it was good to know I had options for entertainment if I didn’t feel like lounging. Great communication from Ann (owner) who responded almost immediately to all my emails. Joseph (the grounds keeper) was extremely helpful!

Great Find

When booking our trip, I initially thought I wanted to stay at a resort. But after a little research and thought, I decided I wanted to spend less on accommodations and rent a car so that we could go to the beaches and restaurants on the entire island and get a better feel of what the island had to offer. Sun, Sea, Sand ended up working out beautifully for us. It’s a quiet and relaxing place to stay, and it’s literally a few min drive to the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay beaches, restaurants, shopping, and resorts. The beach was a 2 min walk up the street in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The beach wasn’t as nice as Grace Bay but that is just my opinion. It was fun to watch the kite surfers though. But, as stated earlier Grace Bay beaches were a few minute drive away so we spent most of our time at those beaches instead. If I had to do it again I would definitely stay here again. The location was absolutely perfect and the studio we stayed in had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

TCI dream vaca

The Vrbo was clean, perfect size for a couple, it has everything we needed. Joseph the on-site property manager is such a nice man. He was attentive to our needs and so was the Vrbo host. The pool is a good size. The beach is within walking distance and is a really nice beach. There are some chairs at the beach and you can walk out pretty far in the water. We rented a jeep to get around the island and you have to rent a vehicle staying at this location if you want to explore the island, go to different beaches and shop. We went to a few great restaurants: Coco Bistro, Element, mango Reef highly recommended. Do not recommend going to Bugaloos because of the neighborhood you have to drive through, we did not feel safe. Side note: anyone from the U.S. renting a vehicle take the optional insurance the company offers. We were hit while we were at the beach, didn’t know who did it and now have a charge of $3200! We would definitely stay here again. If you go past the Vrbo and turn right at the end of the road going towards the beach, you can see some incredible houses. We also did a ECO tour w/Rosing Tide Tours and a private 1/2 day charter with Grace bay adventures, both were amazing. The ECO tour was absolutely amazing. Thank you Ann and Joseph for making our vacation a great one!

Loved the studio! It was just right inside!

We had a wonderful stay at the studio. The construction noise was not great but we are not hard to deal with so we just ignored it as best we could. We loved the inside or the place and the space. The shower was great and so was the kitchen! The bed was a little hard but it worked fine. I do wish there was grilling utensils because we did cook everyday. It would also be nice to have some counter space or shelf space in the bathroom as well as a full length mirror somewhere too. The beach is not really right across the street and it is a long deep path to get to. The WiFi was on and off the w tire time so Netflix would atop in the middle of movies and using your phone was hard too if you used the WiFi. We really wanted to use the bikes but never really got an answer on them. There was only one paddle for the kayaks so we could not both use them. We never found the snorkel gear either. All small things. We enjoyed the place a lot and did not let any of it ruin the trip. Turks is amazing!!!! The place it self is amazing! Thank you!

Wonderful apartment with large pool and close beach access

We are kiteboarders who have visited Provo many times. Sun Sea Sand is one of our favorite places to stay. The property was designed by a kiteboarding enthusiast and it also has plenty to offer for fellow travelers who are not into kiteboarding. Sun Sea Sand is across the street from the beach (Long Bay), and is about a 2-3 minute walk on a sandy path. There is a large pool that is perfect for swimming laps; in the afternoon, it is conveniently shaded by the main building for those who want to limit sun exposure. The grounds feature an assortment of beautiful flowering bushes and plants, along with a number of coconut trees. It's a wonderful place to be outside. We were a couple and stayed in a studio unit, which was plenty of space for two. The unit was in good repair and well furnished. The only thing that was missing was a blender, but we contacted the host and they supplied a blender within the hour. Joseph, the caretaker, was on-site for a good part of each day and was very helpful getting us settled in. He also was available to answer questions, and he showed us how to use the electric bikes that are available for use. The neighborhood has some construction going on during the day (there is development happening all over the island) but the sounds did not disturb us, and it was very quiet during the evening. Overall, we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend this property to other guests.

excellent spot to have a chill & low-key vaca

i stayed in this studio with my sister. the fridge was a reasonable size and there were plenty of kitchen utensils. the place was very clean. very large shower (water temperature was fidgety). when we arrived the pool was freshly cleaned. the plants on the property were beautiful and well maintained. walk to the beach was super short and convenient. beach was rarely busy, just a lot of kite surfers out on the water, very amusing to watch. Peter was seen here and there over the stay and he made sure we were content. we found that there wasn’t much to do within walking distance, a pro/con depending on how you view it. we recommend renting a car or be willing to pay a lot for taxi rides :) all in all a great place to stay! thanks Hoc & Peter

Overall this place was awesome. Close to the beach and also close to grace bay beach. You definitely need to rent a car. I would definitely come back. Host was very nice.
