Why Shante Williams chose The Bight Settlement
The villas are ideally situated, overlooking and within walking distance of world famous Grace Bay Beach, with beautiful views of both the North and South shores, yet very close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, and the town center.
What makes this Apartment unique
The villas are located within a five foot walled and enclosed site, they are all adjacent to each other, yet very private, and the property is well lit at night. Someone is also always on the grounds from Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 6 pm, making the site a natural deterrent for burglars compared to other villas.

First visit to Providenciales
My wife and I had a great stay in Villa 4. The suite had everything we needed. Bed and towels were top notch. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning. Close to the amazing beaches of Grace Bay and you can't get much closer to Thursday's Fish Fry. The IGA is around the corner. The Villa is centrally located so driving to either end of the island was fast and easy. Any questions were quickly answered.
We are delighted that this guest enjoyed his stay at our property, and it was a pleasure to host him.
Great for the price
The villa is not as close to the beach as it appears in the photos. The wall separating the bathroom from the rest of the villa does not go from floor to ceiling so that can make for a very awkward bathroom visit. Loved Roger. He was very attentive.
We are glad this guest enjoyed their stay at our property and on the Island. We our sorry that this guest feel the beach is further than it appears in our photos. All of our photos were taken with standard camera lenses, but because we know everyone sees things differently we also give exact measurements to the beach all our property descriptions, along with how long it takes to walk/drive to various places. This property is 1,700 feet from the beach, line of sight. It is a nine to twelve minute walk depending on your level of fitness. If you are really fit it can be walked, but for most it is a chore, particularly with beach chairs, umbrellas, and the journey back is uphill. It is about a two minute drive, and we always recommend to our guests that they rent cars. The washroom walls are standard height, but we plan to extend them all the way to the cathedral ceilings, as one of more than two dozen improvements and upgrades we plan, most of which we hope to get through this summer. This is the first feedback we have received about the height of the washroom wall, so it hasn't been one of our urgent short term tasks, although we recognized it was something that needed to be improved.
Very nice place
I don't give 5 stars unless the experience is beyond expectation, so a 4 star for me is very good. Centrally located and within close reach of the beach and grocery is a huge plus. The island isn't big, but you'll need a rental car to get around, so don't be cheap...you'll thank me. There is private, gated parking at this location. Bight Park Beach and Smith's Reef are the closest beaches, and practically empty on most days of the week. The property comes with pretty much everything you'll need to sleep, cook, sit outside, etc. There are plenty of towels (more than you'll even need) including 4 very large beach towels. The shower is small, but that's what you should expect in a studio. The bed is large and comfortable. The TV is basically useless unless you want to bring a DVD. There is a Roku so you can connect your Hulu, Netflix, etc. account to it if you want to watch movies. There is a small safe where you can store passports, money, etc. Bring your own toiletries. There were a small amount but I'd bring more of my own. This unit is on the 2nd floor with a balcony and outdoor table and grill. The view is quite nice of the Bight Park Beach. I'd likely try another place if I visited again, but that has nothing to do with the quality or this unit. It was great. I would just like to try another place for some variety. Overall I would definitely say this was a good place to stay, and most likely considerably cheaper than some of the more directly on the beach locations...which would be a total waste of your money since all the beaches are fairly secluded and empty. Again...get a car! I wouldn't even consider a taxi since they are just as expensive as if you were to rent your own car. I never saw them very much anyway and having your own car will give you a great deal of mobility which is important in the Turks.
Great Location Very Clean!
Great location and very clean. New establishment close to all of the local hot spots. When we revisit we will definitely stay again!
We had a great time at the Bight Settlement. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. We walked to Grace Bay daily and easily walked to the beach. Our villa (#4) had a very nice outdoor patio with a nice view of the ocean. Would stay here again.
This place was perfect. Close to everything, but secluded and quiet. The large patio was wonderful for sitting outside enjoying coffee and the view of the ocean.
Do yourself a favor and go down to the local grocery, pick up a lobster tail, a bottle of wine, and use the grill on the patio. Dine on the patio, watching the sunset. Best dinner you'll have on the island.
Roger, the caretaker, is amazing. Friendly and always willing to help.
