General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.
* If you are bringing a pet, only 1 dog is permitted. Pets are limited to 1 unless it's a service pet and cats are not allowed. Please send an inquiry if you have further questions.

Clean, comfortable property located close to the Medical Center and a quick walk to the blue line which can take you pretty much anywhere you need to go in the city. Very convenient for us near our family that lives there. We will definitely look to stay there again. The garage parking was definitely an added bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Very clean and comfortable. We walked to the Blue line. There is not a lot around in the commercial area nearby. The kitchen could use a few more larger pots and pans. Otherwise, space is very accommodating and easy to access.

Clean property, came with a garage spot which was very helpful. Upstairs neighbors sound like a herd of elephants moving furniture.

My family and I unfortunately had to make an emergency booking for an out of town stay. We booked this Tri-Taylor condo/apartment in Feb 2023 and it was suitable for our needs. Location was close to the city and nearby hangouts for dining. It was very clean, provided all the little necessities we needed. The beauty with this unit is the garage space that comes with it. That was a major plus for us. We were able to have a designated park and not have to worry about parking on the street. If I had to recommend a change it would be to change out the furniture in the front room to accommodate "comfortable" seating for the amount of people it houses. I would include a love seat as well so everyone could be comfortable after a long day of excursions. All in all, I would stay again. We enjoyed it.

Pictures look nice....
When you look at the pictures it is a beautifully decorated and trendy looking place to stay. I will say it was clean but that didn't make up for the awful stay we ended up having. You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on upstairs. The Tennant's in the unit above ours were loud all hours of the night, stomped, yelled, and you could hear it all. Then the last night we stayed me and my husband woke up to water POURING out of the vent in the ceiling. We put a bucket down to catch the water but then water poured through the light fixture and onto the bed. This happened at two am. There were no spare blankets so we were just awake, cold, and very frustrated. The place has the bare essentials you need to cook with and has a nice bathroom but I would keep looking. This place isn't worth it. Even for the price.

Location was perfect
The garage was a life saver!! This unit came with an assigned parking spot in the garage, great perk!! This unit provided everything we needed for our trip. However I would recommend the front room furniture be replaced with something a lil more comfortable or add a love seat to comfortably accommodate the number of people it houses. Access to lots of stores and the city. The apartment was very clean and provided everything we needed. I would recommend changing out the front room furniture. It’s not very comfortable. After a day of moving around through the city wanting to come back to relax, the furniture in the front area made it a little challenging for 3 people to easily relax. I would recommend a different soda and add a love seat to comfortably fit 3 people. Bedroom beds were very comfortable. We would stay again. Our stay was pleasant.
Some initial issues after checking but they were quickly taken care of by the management and no issues after that. Garage was great since we had rented a car, one person in our group had mobility issues so being on the ground floor was great too. Location was good for driving in to downtown. Grocery stores 10-15 minutes away by car.

Very disappointing stay
I have been using VRBO, Worldwide, for many years. Trip to Sicily this last summer and lots of corporate stays. This properly has issues. Bottom floor unit and heard footsteps/boots late each night. No sound barrier for upstairs and separate unit, upstairs. Neighborhood on the same street as an industrial/commercial business park and many trucks , early am (between 5:00am-7am) woke me birth weekday mornings. Saturday was not an issue, so I got one good morning. Location was excellent, close to the City and in between both Airports. However, it wasn’t a good stay.
