This stunning new build is set up perfectly for you to walk in and enjoy maximum relaxation. With 3 bedrooms you will have ample room to spread out and enjoy your family home.

The lounge area is all open plan with a dining table, lounge and a spacious kitchen, which is well equipped for you to enjoy a family meal with an oven, stove, microwave and large fridge. You are sure not to miss out on any of the necessities with wifi, split system, ceiling fans, outdoor shower and washing machine on offer

You are spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor seating with a large protected balcony at the front of the property which is perfect for your afternoon sunset BBQ listening to the waves, or enjoy the back decking area for your morning coffee and listening to the birds sing.

With only a 5 minute walk into the town of Venus bay, you will be able to enjoy a morning coffee or dinner at the local pub, whilst a 10 minute stroll takes you through to the shores of the patrolled surf beach.

Discover the best of what this region has to offer, explore the stunning Inverloch coastline, with pristine sandy beaches and coastal trails right at your doorstep. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach, Inverloch caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Enjoy local produce at cafes, many varied shops and boutiques, or immerse yourself in the beauty of nature with scenic walks and water activities. Inverloch is located an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne and provides easy access to the South Gippsland coast and Wilsons Promontory.
