You get both units in this listing. Spend time together but also have your own space to relax at night! You will love the minimalist design with big functionality packed into each unit! Each unit has a private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining so you can fully enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Fully stocked kitchens for cooking. High end finishes throughout. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Central air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer time. Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer. CMU, Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more.

The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. Sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio with pet friendly astro turf, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds.

Onsite free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each unit.

Central Air conditioning, Roku smart TV for access to all the major apps AND access to local channels with spectrum TV, Upgraded Wifi (1 gig) for quick internet connections.
