Located in a quiet street, in Robina. This family friendly home encompasses relaxation and quality time, suiting groups of families or friends looking to escape and relax.
Accommodating up to 8 guests, this single-story, modern and spacious family home ticks all of the boxes. With an impressive alfresco living/dining space, situated poolside, with a large outdoor area to enjoy, it optimises relaxation whilst on holidays.
With 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, this Robina home is not short of space. It includes an open plan layout, and huge bi-fold doors to welcome the outdoors in. The large, solar heated swimming pool is the focal point of the property, with the alfresco living/dining options being adjacent to the space, to never be too far from the poolside action.
Modern refurbishments have transformed this family home, into a must-stay in the Gold Coast, being well located and well appointed, it really does have it all. From a large outdoor gym, to your personal indoor bar to a huge outdoor BBQ nook, this property was built to please.
Enjoy a well appointed kitchen, complete with modern appliances, coffee machine and a gas cook top.
A large spa bath occupies the Master ensuite, as well as 2 other spacious bathrooms to complete the property.
Bedding configuration is as followed:
Master Bedroom 1:
1x King Bed - with ensuite.
Bedroom 2:
1x King Bed - Splittable. Can convert to 2x King Single beds.
Bedroom 3:
1x Queen Bed.
Bedroom 4:
1x Double Bed.

- Parking space for up to 4 cars or large caravan on the long driveway.

- Hotel-quality linen & beach towels provided upon arrival.
**NOTE: The pool heating, powered with solar, is not currently reliable due to solar and winter temps.**
**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**
Guests have access to all areas except some locked cupboards and sheds.
- Max 8 adults.
- We dont take groups of individuals - this property is set up for families only.
- Must be over 25 to book and stay and must supply ID, sign rental agreement and provide security bond. (permitted externally as we are API connected pro hosts with air bnb).
No smoking in the home or you will forfeit your bond and pay for smoke deodorisation.
All pets must be prior approved before booking. $37 per pet per night max 2 pets per stay.
- We have strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
- Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external $5000 bond
